Conga Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has one of the most well-thought-out templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of the document generator is complicated, and only someone with experience can run the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reducing the time taken to generate contracts and documents.

Easy to generate the document and faster performance directly we can saved the values in salesforce using this product

Easy generation of template. Moreover, there service is too good.

The template generation can be done only in MS Word. generation/editing of templates with google docs is not possible

Its easy to personalize the document generated. Its really user friendly.
Conga Document generation is optimized tool that helps generating end customer facing documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Generation speed and data fetching capabilities are better than many available document generation tools on Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting templates for Conga documents is a bit complicated and i would not call it user friendly.

I help building conga templates for a healthcare gaint. My team was responsible for implementing customer facing documents globally.
Conga makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, it is easily available to search about its working and more. It makes document generation, and stuff related to documents easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything which is to be disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for document generation when a user clicks a button, I use it for query building, template building, conga solutions.

Please make the best use of this.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very easy to use and easy to configure. User Experience is quite good, along with types of document generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes debugging any type of issue takes some time to find out the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for the solution to get the data in document form along with some sort of template and conga to provide exactly the same type of solutions.Also wanted to have dynamic value provider some complex formula oriented program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Conga is easy to use and configure also they have number of plugin add on apps which can be used seamlessly, so it's doesn't make any further configuration.

The ease of obtaining signatures was the best and most convenient feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything I disliked about Conga.

Tracking who has seen the document, how long they reviewed it, etc.

The customer service is impeccable.
Merging fields in multiple documents using API is seemless
What do you like best about the product?
Being a consultant, I have configured Conga Document Generation for our Energy and Utility customer, and its API for merging fields for multiple documents is cool and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not remember. Maybe the user interface can be better by reducing the number of clicks.

We were sending lot of email to customers using Conga Doc Gen to prepare email body by using Conga API

We are able to simplify the quoting process and contract generation using conga composer and conga trigger.
Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty straightforward once you learn all of the small quirks. If your base report is good you should be able to quickly do your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning all of the quirks is difficult and you will go through several versions of your templates to get it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small nonprofit that sends acknowledgment letters across the US it has helped get those out and recorded so much faster.
