Powerful and reliable document generation and automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has been an excellent product for us adapting from manual Document generation to automation. our users loves the product as it requires only few details and generates the document effortlessly.

creating temaplate is bit tricky and hard for us. it took sometime for us to learn it.

it has been a essential and a very usefull tool for our document generation process within salesforce . it provides a high level of customisation and ability to integrate it with other systems.

The default document generation on the platform is limited and with composer we can customise it according to our needs and it generates documents effortlessly

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer offers many features to automate our document generation process, with a lot of out-of-the-box capabilities. It lets us generate documents in multiple formats, such as PDF and Doc, which is helpful because we can produce different outputs from a single template. Conga Composer also integrates with Conga CPQ, allowing documents to be generated with the latest pricing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain situations where formatting isn’t supported. Also, Conga Support doesn’t seem to have strong expertise with Composer, which makes it harder to resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer integrates easily with our custom solution, allowing our entire development team to work with minimal training. Now, Composer is helping us take pricing data from Quote and, through Automation, generate a document and send it.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is integrated with the microsoft word and there are so many features that it can gives results that easily suit are business implementations. It is very user friendly and we always have a technical support to help us with the issues and provide resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not beginner friendly, it takes time to create the Conga Composer solution. Once we know the flow and start using it frequently it becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we face with developing a document template which is integrated with Microsoft and our data. It merges these two and provides us with the best and very flexible results. Updating and Regenerating to our desired format is also very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is one of the easiest Dynamic pdf generating platform. It has the capability to get the data from Salesforce as well as External data sources. The accuracy & the elegance of the Product is so good that no other product can match its excellence.
What do you dislike about the product?
While integrating with external data sources the Authentication types are very limited. It does not support oAuth at all while most of the external APIs are authenticated with oAuth. Also each external data source it to convertad into an "oData.svc" formatted API by Mulesoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer is currently solving our one of the biggest problem which is to generate the pdf with the External Data without even storing it into the Salesforce Environment.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Conga Composer is the ease with which it creates the documents and the reports. It fits well with Salesforce as is a big plus as we can fetch data from there straight and fill in templates that are tailored to our needs with no effort. It has been helpful for us as it takes a lot of time for preparing contracts, invoices and providing proposals. The ability to produce custom document outputs is great and there is less chance of mistakes which has been a huge productivity gain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue users face while working with Conga Composer is quite often setting up the package and customizing templates. In situations where the documents use numerous dynamic fields, It may be very time consuming to fine tune everything to ones’ liking. There is also some problem with Salesforce integration, sometimes it does not refresh data to update current changes you may find yourself dealing with a delay or manually correct the whole thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer has been very useful in addressing the issue of slow and sometime wrong document creation. It takes data from Salesforce and downloads it to templates we create, which eliminates the need to input data for contracts, proposals and reports. This has cut down greatly on mistakes made by personnel and has earned the company several hours’ gain on a weekly basis. The real value is that our team can spend time on higher level tasks, and the consistency of our documents can be achieved without routine manual effort.
