Conga - easy display of conditional logic
What do you like best about the product?
ease complex displaying - Grouping tables, showing total, conditional logic, hide/show tables, HTML display is better

Troubleshooting needs technical expertise

queries will usually generate errors if anything changes on quote

Good core product + great in-person support but weak documentation + DON'T integrate with Conga sign

The customisation options for emails, word and powerpoint are great.
The ability to pick different salesforce objects and fields is comprehensive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is confusing, incomplete, out of date and contradictory.
The app launches very slowly in Salesforce. It uses an i-frame (it's nearly 2022 and I can't believe I am writing this).
But the worse aspect is the integration with their in-house Electonic Signature product, Conga Sign. It actually circumvents the core Conga Document process so that you can't send custom emails anymore!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to send order confirmation emails to new (and renewed) customers.
We now have a confirmation email that is consistent, requires their signature and it includes the latest terms and conditions.

Conga Review
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like about Conga is that they have a data server in Australia
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not user-friendly. Their product development is lagging behind compared to other competitors in the market. They do not have a built-in HTML conditional email template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
generate customer correspondence and send to the customers
Major time saver in Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Every document is accurate and created quickly. Conga also makes it easy to send. Easily integrates with Salesforce CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. I've never really had a problem using it with the SFDC integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga saves a lot of time and click work by creating the documents needed within Salesforce. Much more productive than having to develop on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good Salesforce App. I haven't seen any other that works as well.

Some clause changes dynamically required in template which helps me in cases
Merging documents is flawless
What do you like best about the product?
The main reason I use Conga Document Generation is for the feature that allows me to merge different documents together. It works flawlessly!

I have yet to come across a negative so far with Conga.

I have been able to merge a few different types of documents together by using Conga. The main benefit for myself is the amount of time I am saving!

What do you like best about the product?
It is useful for populating the document easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very slow in generating the document and can get hung up at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned prior, it is a little slow, and when in a rush, it can be annoying.

Quick and easy to use generally speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Line items for multiple-year options do not come out looking good at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send e-sign documents, though with schools, they are very likely to send paper back. Easy to understand quotes for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast. It's much easier than loading all docs separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX looks like its from 2005, so it doesn't really feel like current tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves our reps time and ensures they send the most up-to-date versions of our company's contracts.
Conga is very efficient and fast.

I like the integration with Salesforce and how fast it is in creating quotes.

Sometimes it can take awhile for the page to load.

I can create quotes and send it out to customers in minutes.
