Super intuitive and Customizable Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Composer has truly simplified a way for us to create different contract templates and order forms. I like the ease of use and how quickly I can put together a template when in a time crunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your not familiar with at least basic HTML, then it could be hard to wrap your head around creating field tags. Fortunately, Conga provides amazing learning resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Composer provides an easy to use solution that allows us to create contract templates which auto populates account/opportunty details directly into the contract. From there we can easily send via CongaSign.

What do you like best about the product?
Generating the documents seamlessly and can integrate composer with any of the apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance. It's slower in processing or generating the documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a spreadsheet to fill in the information manually and now with the composer everything is automated

This product help us to generate a document that took over 7 days to produce, down to minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy and paste of table fields. Would be nice builder a template that the table fields would be inserted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Took several documents that took weeks to produce down to minutes

Very simple process to map templates and create Word documents and PowerPoint charts
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying and pasting field names can be labor intensive. Would be nice if there were an "insert" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling in data from Salesforce to create an aesthetically pleasing word document. Also use it to create proposals from Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Click of a button generation of key deliverables. Adding value to ourselves and more importantly, our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to creating templates, can be very finnicky to get it formatted correctly. Seems to be a learning curve between format types (word, excel, pdf, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very manual, error prone process is now streamlined, and less prone to manual errors.
Composer brought us into the modern age
What do you like best about the product?
Conga composer streamlined our complex contracting process and enabled us to transition us away from Microsoft Word templates. Our contract process is easier for multiple teams in our workflow and makes on-boarding a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The queries and initial setup can be daunting to implement without a well-versed implementation partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Salespeople can independently and quickly create complex contract documents directly from their opportunities in Salesforce.
