Conga document generation is smooth and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is straight forward, practical and easy to use. Can involve a number of people quickly.

Not enough information explained upfront about the process

You can get a number of people to review your document with ease, it means you can encourage participation and get feedback.

Conga Contract Generation
What do you like best about the product?
It provides ease of connectivity to org, user friendly UI, and development tool for custom changes implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multilevel hierarchy of data access for custom and standard objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are generating documents based on very complex logic and cpq structure along with quote details. Many different structures of product, terms and conditions and also we are implementing complex contract structure through this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best tool to implement most complex document structure and also allow complex logic anf business object.
The tool which make document generation simple and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
I used this as an admin + as a client as well I found this tool easy to set up and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting a document sometimes is a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating Customer related documents and sending out RFP's. it benefits in saving time.

Salesforce Developer using Conga for Quote Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Document Generation is pretty simple. Conga can be used natively on salesforce, is simple to learn, and use for quote/contract document generation. Also used with conga sign or DocuSign makes everything a complete process
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any related to conga except that it can still be made simpler for template creation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Document Generation is used to generate quotes and contract generation and can be used as attachments to the contract, download, or email. Background properties can be assigned and can be packaged into a single button which does all the process background

The best digital documents platform for every transaction , explained by a Nodejs developer
What do you like best about the product?
Configurational system and options for creating proposals with Salesforce. Our angular js was replaced by conga in one project
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor UX and less documentation also really expensive

Creating proposals over Salesforce and then merging it into our angular sites and also consuming it in backend servers on approval of customers

This is a best platform for creation and consumption of documents with features like digital signatures and encryption

The choice of wide range of templates available. Best product upto the mark is conga contract. We used it for automating our document generation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches are about to happen while generation of documents. Should be mobile friendly too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for taking 3rd party API data and merge it into document automatically. The whole team uses it and now we have replaced traditional document composer with conga to enhance.

Its a good product with lots of options . But UX is poor and lots of settings. It should be a drag and drop development

Sending mails through conga by integrating with salesforce for our partner clients. And also sending quotations for sales process

Its a versatile and efficient document generator. A must use for quotations and proposals
It is a great tool in its own way. The Conga Support is good. Certain limitations are a problem.

Conga Query builder is good. Conga Solution Setup Guide is cool.

The Limitations of not able to use nested IF conditions in MS Word.
Double Quotes merge process error when using IF clauses in word template is a pain. We had to create multiple custom formula fields to overcome this.
