Flexible Software for document generation.
What do you like best about the product?
This is really a great software for document generation. Its Capabilities is Very flexible and easy to use. I was struggling with the other software while generating the Documents but after using Conga I really its really time efficient and eliminates many time consuming activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such feature which can be disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Documents are generated smoothly and its has eliminated many manual activities which were time Consuming.

Best and easy tool for documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create document using conga. Template can be created and can be used multiple time . Very easy to update template as per requirements

Nothing as such only need to learn conga syntax so need bit development experience

We are creating proposal and document generation playing important role having some merging field we are able to automate it.
Customizable and better than competing products
What do you like best about the product?
It was very helpful in cutting down the time it required for entering data each time. This makes the proposal process hassle-free and reduces overhead on the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get used to it; the learning curve, even though minimal, exists. If guided tours were available, it could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each customer can have their customized templates, saving us a lot of time otherwise spent tweaking the documents for each deal.

Merging tool of conga composer, by using merging tool it easy to put data in order

Templates needs to be added in template document , there should be shortcut to add template

Used Conga composer in sales force application and sometimes conga query do a great job to get data from sales force

if we can open template builder more easier then that would be great

Docgen , if want to send directly for signature or any other file server you can always add parameters.

The features avialable in conga for the merge fields which helps the templates to be generated fully dynamically is the best feature.

The helpline of conga is way to complicated if we want to approach to them for some issue it takes time to get resolved sometimes.

So we are generating the Templates for candidate Resume and their one pager for leadersInternational and its way too good.
Also we were using it for the invoice generation and other feature where i wass using a radar graph feature for a report.also i was generating a report in which i had merge the data from salesforce Account.
