It is very Easy to use, When comes to Salesforce you get get document generated accurately
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Provides tools for merging the data in Document. Conga Also Creates a query builder for generating document
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to add Templates every time going into the template section. There should be some short cut to replace the original template

USing Conga for Salesforce, It is Benefit to merge documents

its nice but is a bit confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I used to generate document in all he available format such as word, excel, pdf.
Importing Reports in the conga was one of the best things. We could have created our own report and added that into conga.
Further we can add the conga solution on a button of specific record type in object which makes it easy for us to generate document of different type for different record type.
Easy to configure but a bit confusing while integrating with the existing sever.
query builder part is really helpful as we can select the master object and the child object, followed by selecting fields which can be later added into the template.

Sometimes the template builder does not function as expected, and we are required to re-open the same.
Further template building part is a bit confusing specially when we are required to insert a table in our template

I was working with a service based company which is responsible for moving artifacts across Europe.
So document generation was easy. Could have imported report data into it quite easily.

Generating and Combining the Documents from Salesforce made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The Best thing about Conga Document generation is that It can help us to generate documents from Salesforce. The Data from Salesforce is populated in the documents in a very proper way, very effortlessly. We can combine data from various salesforce objects into a single document and combine different documents into a single document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The users find it difficult to use. Anytime a new user starts using Conga Document generation in our organization, We need to train them many times. The users also take lot of time to get familiar with the complete process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that could tightly bind with our salesforce and send the documents from different salesforce objects in a single document. By using Conga Document generation, we were able to generate documents from Salesforce and also combine them to send further to the client.

The ease that it integrates with Salesforce and very user friendly to configure and genrate documents for various scenarios with few clicks.

Difficulty in generating graphical representation in word document.

Generate quick insites for leadership and also to send invoices to customers.
Easy life with conga (conga composer)
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which you create the templates with all the bindings, the way you fetch the necessary data (conga queries). One big plus is the ease with which things can be automated in conga. The learning curve means every admin can do also necessary changes on the templates, links, etc after only a minor introduction to conga. I also like the documentation that is provided by conga team, and their support which was wery helpful in helping us resolv the issues we faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging sometimes can be a bit tricky. It was mainly due to complex URLs used in outbound messages. It was a bit messy to remap all the querie ids to the custom settings after deploying the solution to next environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables things to work in a seamless and automated way so that the user interaction is minimal if required. Changes that would be necessary on the conga templates or conga email templates can be done so quickly that every admin can learn it in hours.
Conga Document Generation is very helpful and has customer satisfaction level features

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike even if there are weaknesses conga takes them up very seriously and release updates to fix them. For example they released conga key setup which eliminated the trouble of changing param ids during org to org deployments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a lot of business issues that my customers otherwise would have struggled to have as a feature, like conga triggers are life saver when it comes to auto document generation and sending the same as email or to cloud drives.
Also it has really solved the signing process that most businesses have as a core requirement

Conga is a power house.
It is a one stop solution to all your Documentation needs and takes the burden of your shoulder for signing as well.
It is very user friendly and it has very to the point documentation regarding steps and parameters guide and even then if you're still at a loss then conga provides real time chat support with conga agents and their advice or online support is just phenomenal.

Awesome tool that allows to create and merge documents from Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Conga Document Generation is that it allows you to create documents using templates and various Salesforce records. Also it allows you to merge to documents before sending to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating templates is a difficult task and requires technical expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to merge four documents which were four different PDFs, and We used Conga Document Generation to merge them and send them to the end client.
