Best in business for document generation... especially in Salesforce

Easy to use, setup, best features and best support

I'd have to lens through to find out negatives but maybe knowledge articles could be better sorted

Best thing about conga documentation it makes our work more easier and save our time .

Chapters limit are very less in conga solution.

conga orchestrate benifit with that we are able to generate the document .

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to use and set up. Very intuitive user interface to generate excel, word and pdf templates. All the resources are available on the Conga community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations like merging macros. Limitations on queries set to 100. Moreover, sometimes users may have to be dependent on conga support for few items. Watermark feature is not available on the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have intensively been using Conga doc gen to generate documents for our proposal templates. This tool simplifies and displays the line items in a specific format.
Grouping, use of parameters has made it more viable and secure for doc generation.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga is very versatile in generating word and PDF templates. I used it with Salesforce CPQ and thi is the best I have used till now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template creation process is a bit complex and needs technical expertise. Also in some of the use cases, templates had limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for quote document generation in Salesforce CPQ. With quotes, we also used it to generate other terms and conditions documents based on multiple scenarios.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It needs technical expertise, but if you have that then this is the best software for document generation.

One-time configuration leads to automated workflows, and you don't have to take care of anything while generating the documents. Click and go solution available to use.

It is not something that I don't like, but this will require core competencies while using this product. It would help if you designed everything from scratch while implementing the solutions.
