Conga made our Document Generation seamless!
What do you like best about the product?
Conga is capable of using complex merge fields, which adds so much value to document generation. Highly customizable to fit various business requirements. I haven't found any document generation tool that is more useful than Conga
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much functionality that can be utilized, and for someone who is new to Conga, it may feel a bit overwhelming. However, their thorough documentation and customer support are helpful on so many levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one of the projects I've worked on, Document generation is the end process for all business units, so it's an understatement to say that it's one of the most vital parts of the solution we built for them. Using Conga saves the business so much time in generating documents.

Review their products and ensure that what they have meets your business needs. But with the wide variety of services that Conga offers, especially on Document generation, it will surely provide solutions to your requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy process and to implement conga generation is the easiest and most less complex phenomena

I DIDN'T DISLIKE ANYTHING WHILE WORKING ON CONGA DOCUMENTATION EXCEPT THE TIME PROCESS TAKES TO GENERATE THE DOCUMENT
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made the solution so that conga will generate the document on Salesforce platform by prefilled the value from salesforce fields

Yes it is highly recommended to use conga documents generation to automate your process on Salesforce platform

Easy to use and best tool for CLM and CPQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I would love to see more new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes the CPQ Contract management smooth and many things can be achieved directly with few clicks
Excellent Software/Contract Creation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best/unique part about conga is the integration it has with the platform. You can merge information using queries/reports/visualizations to import all this data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If is a bit of a steep learning curve, especially if you aren't familiar with SOQL. But the power this provides is incredible. It allows you to build/manage extremely complex documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Were implementing our contract agreements through the Conga Composer/Sign/Contract products, and this is completely streamlining our sales process from end-to-end.
Conga Document Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows me to execute contracts with clients efficiently. I particularly like the ability to export documents to word so I can easily edit and then sync them back with our CRM system to send for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the syncing with our CRM system experiences glitches. It can be frustrating when there is an urgency to get a contract signed, and the software is not working as expected.

Conga allows me to execute contracts with partners digitially.
Quick but clunky
What do you like best about the product?
I can very easily and quickly get something over to my clients in a way that looks professional
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a bit clunky sometimes and I have trouble with it loading quickly and sending to clients in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating signable documents and sending it to clients to make an effortless signing process.
Somewhat easy to use but can be glitchy at times
What do you like best about the product?
I like the alerts when people open the agreements and being able to set automated reminders if they haven’t signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many steps/clicks to send an agreement. It needs to be more simple and streamlined especially for high volume smb businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often experience glitchiness. Sometimes there are missing fields on the agreement. We have to do this weird thing: save> edit lines> save again to make the discounts show up. I don't know if this is a salesforce issue or a conga issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have someone on the Conga Team train your staff and go through some sample quotes before implementing it to get all of the glitches/kinks sorted out.

sometimes confusing to start new templates

merging lists of award balances for our donors, saves time, creates summary lists

Easy implementation, using the software is easy and requires minimum training, good product adoption

A little expensive compared to other tools
