What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating documents within salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
setup is a bit of a learning curve but once you get it there isn't much to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's created a consistent look and feel for all of our documents that are created out of salesforce

Just make sure to take your time and ask a lot of questions, Conga is very good at help guiding the process and connecting you to people that can assist along the way

Professional and Consistent Documents
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic template ability of Conga and the ease of use make it a very powerful tool for so many use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template builder could be a little more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to create dynamic templates using Salesforce data without having our users ever leave Salesforce. Conga Composer fit the bill. It's ability to let us create documents using MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel mean that the use cases are limitless.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use within Salesforce. The professional presentation which sets us apart from our competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always easy to make changes to templates

Our sales staff can easily create proposals with pricing for multiple products very quickly
Conga Composer Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. This greatly simplifies the process of generating documents with the accurate information for our customers. I don't have to worry about fat fingering data.
What do you dislike about the product?
if my screen size isn't just right, then the generate document button is off the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our proposals are more accurate and addressed to the correct people! We used to have proposals accidentally sent to the wrong customer.

We do not have to manually put proposals together. it's automated
Easy Document Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga is powerful and flexible, and the changes made over the last couple of years for building Solutions has made the product much easier...and even better changes are coming. Easily integrates with Conga Sign as well as other digital signing products. A huge timesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The support website and Conga U have been in transition. Would prefer to have recommended "paths" of courses by product and level so that new users know what order courses should be taken in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposals and Orders/Contracts, BAAs.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn with available resources, university, etc. Use of templates to reuse for business purposes.

Learning queries and data but getting there..

Cost benefits with other vendor solutions being overbuilt for our needs

What do you like best about the product?
It's compatible with all office documents we use. It made reporting from salesforce possible. Also once it's setup its very rohbust.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we implemented 2 years ago, it was not intuitive to set reports up in salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exporting salesforce data to sales reports that are presentation ready
Nice SFDC integration, poor service for small business customers.
What do you like best about the product?
The software does the job - creating documents from SFDC in our case. The Templates are relatively easy to manage and quite powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user license procurement/management process is cumbersome, and we had a really bad experience with poor communication around our annual renewal this year. As a Small Business customer (with ~20 Conga Licenses), we've had no less than 10 "points of contact" in the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Conga to generate Sales Orders and Contracts directly from SFDC Opportunities. We're also using the Conga Sign platform.
