Best product to create and send contracts

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how seamlessly the tool interacts with Salesforce and also how the automatic renewal takes place with no chance of missed opportunities because of 1-year funnel visibility specifically in a sales vertical like us. It has also helped to streamline the quoting process for complex products because it allows a large volume of products and pricing rules. It definitely has saved a lot of time and streamlined the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can really think of. Giving them a score of 9 to just see what new technology or advancement they can come up with in the coming years. Really can't think of anything that i dislike so we are all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to End sales process
Saving a lot of time to quote and draft contracts
Automatic renewal
No missed opportunities
Streamlining the entire quote process and help delivering the contracts accurate and faster to the clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
go for it without any second thoughts if you have a problem streamlining your quote or sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Doesn't take much training to get folks to use this tool successfully. Easy to reach customer support when in need of assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tool had more built-in functionality, but I hope that is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates manual document generation, saving my team lots of time when it comes to renewal season.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize whatever document you need to generate through Word and then use merge fields, queries, formulas, and row burner to make the automated document variations you need
What do you dislike about the product?
High barrier to entry for configuration - need to know all the nuances of the system in Conga Solutions, Conga Queries, Conga Templates, Word, etc. Lots of trial-and-error to get it right as the documentation is at a very high level

Creating automated sales orders with data flowing in from Salesforce

Very powerful tool but with a learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
Conga is incredibly versatile and allows you to create virtually anything if you know the coding required. It covers a wide variety of data sources and has been able to tackle anything we throw at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a pretty steep learning curve. There is not much free training on it and I often find myself taking a long time to try to figure out how to do what I thought was an easy task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are generating invoices and purchase orders out of financial force (Salesforce). This has allowed us to have customized branded documents that look quite professional.

Conga - easy display of conditional logic

What do you like best about the product?
ease complex displaying - Grouping tables, showing total, conditional logic, hide/show tables, HTML display is better

What do you like best about the product?
The customisation options for emails, word and powerpoint are great.
The ability to pick different salesforce objects and fields is comprehensive.
The support team are quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is confusing, incomplete, out of date and contradictory.
The app launches very slowly in Salesforce. It uses an i-frame (it's nearly 2022 and I can't believe I am writing this).
But the worse aspect is the integration with their in-house Electonic Signature product, Conga Sign. It actually circumvents the core Conga Document process so that you can't send custom emails anymore!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to send order confirmation emails to new (and renewed) customers.
We now have a confirmation email that is consistent, requires their signature and it includes the latest terms and conditions.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like about Conga is that they have a data server in Australia
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not user-friendly. Their product development is lagging behind compared to other competitors in the market. They do not have a built-in HTML conditional email template.

Major time saver in Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Every document is accurate and created quickly. Conga also makes it easy to send. Easily integrates with Salesforce CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. I've never really had a problem using it with the SFDC integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga saves a lot of time and click work by creating the documents needed within Salesforce. Much more productive than having to develop on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good Salesforce App. I haven't seen any other that works as well.
