What do you like best about the product?
Very easy tool to merge things and generate the document.

Lots of time taking. Merging field one by one.

Sometimes reported generation takes too much time.
Merge Field are the problems sometimes.
Conductor is a little bit complex comparatively other products of conga for report generation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have integrated conga with one of my clients product. All the customers are very Happy and satisfied with the quick and simple report generation as earlier they had to generate reports manually.
Some training required, but well worth it.
What do you like best about the product?
Conga gives you the ability to gather information to send out reports beyond the capabilities of Salesforce out of the box reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for using it. You will need to sit down and learn how to build the components to get the reports to have the proper data and look good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has been using Conga to pull complicated reports that pull from a multitude of objects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have several people trained by conga in how to build their reports and that you have documentation for how to set up everything you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it generate the document and the ease of development
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the UI of Conga log where it shows error but it doesn't show message properly. Like id parameter is missing, Conga should explain where in formula and which id is missing

I have automed the process of sending quote docs to various sales reps and the benefits of Conga is document generation plus automation of document generation

Yes I have always recommended conga
It's a simple and any non technical person should use it

Not anything yet i dislike I'm still learning conga

It's a realtime scenario that our clients are also happy with it

Make UI better and fast
It is very easily integrated with Salesforce and can be configured quickly.

Previewing the pre-populated document in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time the preview page takes to load.

Pre-populating documents with data stored in Salesforce and either downloading the document or sending it out as an email or sending it via conga sign for e-signature.

Conga makes document creation and generation very simple. You can perform a lot of function with the documents generation like download it in Salesforce, send an email, send to conga sign for e-signature, etc.

To manage the Size/Length of boxes when setup the document.

It takes a small amount of time on document generating the document with a vast dataset

Without any doubt, you can go with this tool as this has an e-sign feature, redlining process to track the changes with customer and sent back them with simple mouse clicks
