What do you like best about the product?
I really like the declarative setup of most of the features Conga provides. You don't have to have a developer background to setup and use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i feels like there are so many features that you never really learn them all, but no real negatives of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated invoice generation.
Brand new to Conga Composer
What do you like best about the product?
It has been super helpful to build out reports that may use different objects from Salesforce. Conga Composer has helped me to develop tools for our sales team to create and share reports with customers based on past usage and future opportunities. To this point, it has been a great addition to our Salesforce platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are a pretty new customer of Conga, there isn't much that bothers me yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get our sales managers data on our customers and all of their customers. It is wonderful to be able to quickly and easily generate a document that provides details for an accounts full 360 scope of business with our company
No Code solution for business need
What do you like best about the product?
Conga provides a very configurable solution to answer a very common business ask: pull data from many objects/table into a nicely formatted document.

Pulling data from multiple objects and merge into a formatted document

the button creation feation should be a little more user friendly

Copy and Paste the sam information over and avoid errors.
Much prep work but worthwhile

Clause management; reduces greatly the repetitive maintenance of flat contract temapltes

USing rich text with Salesforce that does not get converted as desired with a Conga Word temaplte
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are generating Professional Services Statement of Works (SOWs), which are service contracts. Prior to Conga, we would maintain 70+ flat work files. With clauses, we have greatly reduced this.

Understand the details behind automating document generation to determine resource requires for ongoing maintenance.

Newbie but so far extremely impressed
What do you like best about the product?
Because of someone leaving the company I work for I have inherited numerous Conga tools. I am still getting up to speed but to date am very impressed. Although I can't speak much to the tools themselves at this point I would very much like to call out Conga's customer service. They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional and personal. They have a way of making you feel like you are their favorite customer. I am very excited to be here at Conga Connect to learn all there is to know about the Conga tools and look forward to implementing new processes in my organization

So far, from what I have learned so far I have no negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated certification certificates. Contracts, personalized powerpoint presentation, excel spreadsheets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not sure if Conga Documention Generation is different from Conga Composer but as of now I am loving Conga Composer. Need to investigate the Conga Documentation Generation product.

setup is a bit of a learning curve but once you get it there isn't much to dislike

it's created a consistent look and feel for all of our documents that are created out of salesforce

Just make sure to take your time and ask a lot of questions, Conga is very good at help guiding the process and connecting you to people that can assist along the way
Professional and Consistent Documents
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic template ability of Conga and the ease of use make it a very powerful tool for so many use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template builder could be a little more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to create dynamic templates using Salesforce data without having our users ever leave Salesforce. Conga Composer fit the bill. It's ability to let us create documents using MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel mean that the use cases are limitless.
Professional Proposal Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use within Salesforce. The professional presentation which sets us apart from our competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always easy to make changes to templates

Our sales staff can easily create proposals with pricing for multiple products very quickly
