What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is key for me. I like how straight forward it is to make conga queries
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to invoke doc generation via automation as a part of the core product is a misstep in my opinion. I would have tons of other use cases for conga if I could automate and not worry about per-doc fees

What do you like best about the product?
Possible to use Salesforce merge fields in order to create templates adapted to specific situations and processes
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit long to generate the documents using the merge fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create documents for our after sales service department using fields entered in Salesforce for better communication with customers

You can use the document generation as well as workflows, email templates and other functionalities integrated. Using the full package makes it worth the time investment to train on Conga

Ok tool to save time on proposal creation

What do you like best about the product?
It saves time by merging relevant fields into pre-made templates for quotes and proposals
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit technical to set up and too expensive compared to what it can do. Other tools can do what Conga does and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send out a lot of sales proposals and integrating it with salesforce saves us a bunch of time creating proposals and contracts to customers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good tool to save time when generating documents, especially for high volume sales teams. Can link together with DocuSign or use Conga's own signature tool to integrate e-sign as well. It's a bit hard to set up because it's a little bit technical, especially with the templates and integration with salesforce and making sure all your merge fields are set up properly, so some calls to support is absolutely needed. Pricing is ok but will increase year after year. Overall it's a good product and has saved our sales team lots of time.

How long it took for the company to implement. I also wish we could have it available in lightning and classic at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga makes it easy to produce documents with SF information which may be used over reporting. The energy of your information within the SF is improved by touch models, delivery and automated document production. Conga has a good and inexpensive relatively support tool, that works for specialized and business owners within the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to do with a fix that's as simple as you are able to imagine. It is uncertain where it is going to go in potential, but it labored for what we wanted at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'd to build a set of models and documents when we fitted SF four years back so we interact externally and internally utilizing system data. The statement function inside SF is extremely powerful, as well as Conga helps us consider these data as well as make them much more simple to use and appealing to a broader audience both within as well as away from the org. It was productive and simple quite to deliver its goal.

Major details of Service Left Out

What do you like best about the product?
Just clicking on a button and a document generates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales and Support. When we initially signed up with Conga, there were two of us using the forms that were created. We felt we paid a lot of money just for two people. Our account executive at the time told us that when it comes to the next contract renewal, we would already own the forms. We created the forms we needed in 2019. When our contract renewal came up, we found out that while we own the forms, we would not be allowed to generate the forms unless we signed a new contract. This is a major detail the account executive left out.

I hope in the future that Conga will consider offering a less expensive option for small businesses with less than 10 people.

I utilized support for every form we needed to create in 2019; Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice and Packing List. All of the people I worked with in the past were very helpful. I recently contacted Support within the last month and I spoke with two individuals that were telling me that the new form I needed to create couldn't be done. I tried explaining this new form uses the same data as the other forms, but they couldn't help me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using SalesForce Professional since 2009. In late 2018, we signed up with AccountingSeed for our accounting system which we found in the AppExchange in SalesForce. I spent Oct-Dec 2018 working with AccountingSeed to implement the new system which went live on 1/1/19. As we started using the new system, we found out AccountingSeed didn't have a Sales Order form or Order Confirmation form. They suggested we contact Conga for document generation. We were able to create some forms using Conga.

It's very convenient to just click on a button and have a form generate. You can then click on another button for a Mail Merge and then email the form to a customer (Sales Order and Invoice) or vendor (Purchase Order).

Ask questions. Any questions you can think of, there are no stupid questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy and modern to use graphical user interface. Subsequent to the original work on producing templates as well as including information, it was extremely simple to maintain as well as update the recommendations of ours and training procedure as time passes. We'd a number of problems with our unit offer. We tried to help make our offer more appealing and imageable. It was hard to develop a link to the picture of the booklet, but I was able to put it by changing code.

Not merely did we manage the sales team of ours, but Conga additionally facilitated the cooperation of ours and steadily improved our product sales offer. What do you like best about the product?
I love the Conga, it saves me period since I do not need to go forth and back to enter the same info - especially a lot of information. I am certain I make fewer mistakes since I do not have to enter all the data via hand. It is very simple to be found categories that could be combined and next create one expert product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the Salesforce limbs may be bothersome. Sometimes a failure happens and we've to restart the Salesforce or perhaps reintegrate the system. At times there are all of the blank areas in the mailbox that will have been loaded in. You will still have to search through the file before delivering it, because all areas are able to look as zeroes. This occurs from time period to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's no need to send needless areas between the surveyed departments as well as return data. We are able to just create the each file and also the next person is able to combine all of the information into one email. Another one benefit is actually the power to incorporate several documents into one professional group, which may then be delivered to the clientele of ours. Good document generation system

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pick to merge in one document from a list of different documents is vital to our business. The rep also needs to be able to pick which version they would like to use so Conga allows this functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we have about 10 different forms that can be merged we have run into speed issues that we have had to try to mediate. We did find a way to help but that was something we definitely had to work through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to use our SF quote to merge the products from the quote into a order form or contract and Conga allows that.
