Hands-on experience with conga composer
What do you like best about the product?
Configuration is quick, simple, and easy to use, enthusiastic and effective support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a text field with quite long content, with conga, there is no way to check if that field contains some characters or a certain value or not.

Initial setup, along with continued support, is very lacking.

Support access, hoops to jump through logins in order to log a case

Generating compliant terms & conditions while maintaining system source of truth for proposals and contracts
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful tool that did solve our business needs. the support/implementation team was fantastic They went above and beyond, making sure our setup was configured and that admins had an understanding of the back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's a training thing or a user friendliness thing, but we definitely had trouble with adaption. We don't have the most tech-literate user base so they struggled to adapt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSA creation/send. Includes Salesforce fields and several options for additional pages. Composer lets us put everything in to one document and send together.
Conga Composer Review
What do you like best about the product?
We use Composer to generate contracts for signature. It integrates very well with Conga Sign for eSignature that helps simplify the process and time to contract execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issues with getiing the invoice for composer and how we can pay for the licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of contract generation. Prevention of user errors with data entry.
Helpful with the right tools
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage once set up. Quality of product is high once implemented properly

complicated product and difficult to implement solution once installed. Once connected with an administrator to demonstrate product, the integration was simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a mass amount of work by pulling the information into a ready made document in salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is an excellent tool for generating documents and saving time across the board. It cuts down on manual labor in every area we use it. The integration process was easy enough and we use it everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be difficult to learn and get a hang of but thankfully the availbale tutorials and resources help tremendously with this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now use a template through conga to help pull documents together that I used to have to manually recreate each time. The autopoluation of data already in our system is a game changer.
Conga Composer generates pixel perfect documents in a timely manner
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing when using Conga Composer is the simplicity when being able to generate a quote. Since Conga is native to Salesforce, I pull my quotes on a daily basis, in which is a pixel perfect document I'm able to share with the customer in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Conga Composer is the integration with docusign isn't my favorite. I believe Conga Sign is their own version of an esignature tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using Conga Composer, I'm able to gernerate a quote within Salesfoce and push it out to my customer in a timely manner. This allows to speeed up the sales process with all my accounts ensuring the deals get across the finsih line on time.
The most feature rich and well supported document creation tool for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The depth of capability. Very often you don't appreciate how sophisticated and useful Conga Composer is until you use al alternative product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of my projects require low volumes of user licenses, the minimum user level for Conga is a problem for me in these instances
