Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
We have a different files that we have to. And merging PDF files into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works great. I don't think any changes required.

Merging files.

The ese of being able to convert our digital application to PDF for sharing with other departments

I don't know enough about all of your other capabilities to answer appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send a completed application to either the applicant, another institution for review, or ther departments that otherwise do not have access to Salesforce.

I love taking our college applications and being able to generate a PDF instantly.

Quickly generate slick documents! Easy to edit and update and fire off to the customer.

Depending upon comfortability with systems at the admin level there can be a learning curve.

Use it to send out recaps to our customers in a professional look!

End users don't know how to use it today, seems a bit complex to setup.

Since we started using conga, all of our document generation requirements were met at no time with great ease

Can't clone solutions, and it takes time for the generated document to appear.

In Conga Contract, list views should have the standard fields for all objects being created as part of the packages.

Love how easy it is to set up and create new documents out of Salesforce.

The conversion to Lightning may be tough as we use a lot of buttons.

This took care of getting customer selling plans and call reports out to leadership.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Conga has been easy to get up and running with our Salesforce org. Templates are easy to update and our team has been able to get contracts out really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I dislike most is that I had to create queries once we switched to Lightning.

We are generating contracts for one of our sales teams.
Exceeded Expectations, Amazing Service, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for the generation of secure PDFs for our student disability accommodations at Stanford. Great support and training materials online and ease of use with buttons for our advisers and batch runs for quarterly sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to complain about. They even offer a non-profit discount for those of us in higher edu!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've moved from copying and pasting Word documents to PDFs and are able to deliver consistently formatted letters to our faculty and teaching staff. Saves administrative time for advisers to work with students!
