Simple amazing technology, & great support team!
What do you like best about the product?
The tech is easy to use especially with the latest wizard tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MS word issues are usually the problem, but that's not congas fault from what I can tell. The query builder is good but it has a couple minor bugs when using multiple SF sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my users focused on keeping Salesforce updated so Conga can do the hard work of generating documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you know all the requirements, and call support when you need help they are amazing. Truly best in class.

What do you like best about the product?
Congo document document generator goes very handy for all our users to generate documents in one step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users complain that it is slow at times to generate documents

Robust document generation, to the rescue!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to create scaleable and dynamic forms while our company grows with super speed. The changes over the years Conga has made to invest in their platform mean that as we grow, our capabilities with the tools grow. Next year, we hope to implement the CLM solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a little frustrating for Sales Ops, since they'd like to be able to jump in with a bit more agility. However, as the Salesforce Application Owner, I'm okay with a centralized administration!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer contract defects, for one!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the application’s performance and functionality work as expected each and every time it is invoked by my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a better educational and/or training sight for Conga development: something like Trailhead for Salesforce.

We had a very specific reporting request for peace officer investigations. There is a fairly standard industry format for them and Conga allowed us to provide that for our customer

Makes sending mass emails and batch printing a breeze, even with complex formulas

Building the template can be complicated, but once set up it works great!! I wish the template builder would alow more complex conditions
