Conga Composer
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the efficiency and consistency the product provides throughout our business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Query building and maintenance can sometimes be a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a consistent output of documents with little user interaction.

Good experience with composer

Composer is a good product for document generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it takes more time to generate the a document with high number of pages

Its helping to generate the document with multiple reusable clauses

Nothing so far. Need to work more with the product.

It helps my organization streamline the sales processes and keep track of our revenue growth.

The lack of accessibility to a guided process when trying to create new content to used in composer.

Streamline revenue data and customer service efficiency
The best customization in the industry!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to fully customize a document and send it out to a huge list of people with each one of them thinking instilled for hours on personalizing that document strictly for them!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using it long enough to find a downside.

Creating mass contracts for thousands of clients and sending them at once.
Excellent addition to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is a game-changer for anyone deep in the Salesforce game. It's fantastic for automating all kinds of docs like contracts and reports straight from Salesforce—talk about a time-saver and way fewer errors! You can tweak templates in Word or PowerPoint to get them just right, matching your company's vibe. It really speeds up workflows, letting teams focus on bigger things instead of drowning in paperwork. Integrates super smoothly with Salesforce, and the reporting features? Top-notch. You can pull up fresh data-driven reports that help make smart business moves. Definitely worth checking out if you want to streamline your document processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep and the documentation could be better.

Automating communications with our users.
Conga is a great resource. Although at times runs slow.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to complete all of our programs and have the quotes look the way we would like. Also like that we can call our sales rep and they fix issues in a timly manner. We use this almost every day

We have to take longer steps to get where we need to be although overall it works great.

Powerful Document Solution, with a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
This tool can handle the majority of use cases that your business could come up with. Between batching and automations, this can streamline your org's busy work by magnitudes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free training resources available on Conga's learning portal are severely limited, with most of the linked guides and documentation leading to broken URLs, and the paid training is quite pricey. There is a good amount of documentation available online, but many tutorials and guides are very outdated (i.e. Salesforce Classic). Without a proper Conga Composer SME to guide the process, it can be daunting even for an experienced system admin. The configuration of Conga Composer is not immediately straightforward, especially when you get into more complex configurations while trying to scale the solution according to best practices, not just brute force.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several document reports which have been generated through all sorts of means, from copy-pasting excel data to printing and filling by hand. Composer is helping to streamline this while also ensuring more accurate data and less human error.

Ability to attach to any object to print documents, flexible and dynamic
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates can be a bit finicky, requires a lot of trial and error

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is useful for interfacing with CPQ and creating template Order Forms
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Composer doesn't assist with redlining or changes to the doc from the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer is allowing us to capture approvals on pricing changes in Salesforce and create document templates.
