Ability to seamlessly stick content from multiple sources

Conga Composer - Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Composer is quick to set up allowing us to easily export the documents in the formats we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Composer with the Salesforce1 app could use some very minor fixes, but this does not detract from its strengths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Composer allows us to ensure consistency when sending out our documents. Most importantly, automating what was once a manual process has been very beneficial for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that every time I call or interact with my Account Manager they take the time to understand my the difficulties I may be having. Then they dedicate the time to help fix the issue. As a consultant they partner to not sell to the customer but make the customer and our projects successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the composer template selection to be in Salesforce Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR forms- Big Time savings for the team. Allowing them to focus on the employees issue not rebuilding the same document.

You may want to build that custom UI or onboard the large group. ROI on conga has shown time and again the cost vs time savings in big.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, dynamic, efficient, best support of any vendor ever

Document generation and consistency. FAST turn times.

Not very often have i had the level of support that i get with Conga. Always answers the phone and best attempts at solving problems

Initial learning curve isn't great and can be easier.

We are using Salesforce as our primary database. Conga Composer allows to generating essential downstream materials without manual exports.
Quirky but Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I use conga most for mail merging. I create visa documents for student and this is by far the easiest way to do it
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing other than actually having to sit down and learn the ins and outs of it

Mail merging - it is way easier than with Microsoft word

Very helpful but difficult to get started - need lots of practice to get used to it. Also, very expensive (but worth it)
Very powerful tool for document and report generation

I really like the fact that we can have Sales and Marketing generate the output document and then we can just plug in the Salesforce fields without needing to recreate the document in another engine.

The solution manager is a bit clunky, but I understand that there should be improvements on the way.

Generating a complex proposal document with configured lines; we are switching from a PDF order form to Salesforce CPQ and are using Conga to generate the customer facing proposal document.
Composer solves so many needs
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Conga Composer from application to output allows us to solve so many business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same complexity that drives flexibility can also cause a little frustration in trying to get all of the merge fields not only correct to generate data, but also to format appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a custom professional services time tracking solution that we use Composer to generate billing details for our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Composer can solve for many needs, but be sure you know what it is you need and your end goal. It will make your implementation much easier.
