Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool works great to merge data into forms for our customers.

I have not run across anything that I disllike at this point

Access can be slow when merging information into a document.

I love that conga is user friendly and that we get all queries to populate our forms

Only issue is that sometimes it can be a little slow while downloading the data

Pricing model. Cost per user license as opposed to per document.

Templates are easy to customize, data is very flexible, easy to use and train staff.

Loading of documents is slow. At times the site will get stuck loading and requires restart.

Merging data from multiple objects to create, letter and schedule meetings.

conga makes it super easy for us to work with our students and counselors we love the product and cant wait for upgrades

I love how easy it is to create and manage templates for our sales contracts

I wish there was more dynamic functionality. For example, hiding columns in tables with no data.

We have reduced the amount of errors on contracts. We have also driven better data in sfdc by having our sales team work there instead of in word to construct agreements
