What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to build queries according to your needs using SOQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like mature technology; UI could be better. Not seeing a lot of innovation incl. e.g. breakthough new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Roll-up reporting, sent to customers via Conductor.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to generate documents, easy to install, good documentation about the settings for admins / devs and excellent customer service support from Conga.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit slow in generating docs, which is especially needed while testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga has been really helpful by saving time for users to manually prepare the business contracts.

Conga meets the needs of our company and at this point there is nothing we would change

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily integrate with our existing Salesforce Org and processes. It has allowed us to generate documents with dynamic content and train sales team in utilizing its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't submit mass documents at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are utilizing Conga as a solution for our Sales team, as well as creating specialized scheduled reports for other aspects of the company like Leasing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy Conga Composer makes my job! Having information automatically pull into a template that looks professional and well versed, makes communication that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about the product. It's fast, accurate, and makes my day run a lot quicker!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer allows our Sales department to generate information quickly and easily. We love that it can pull in information we've already entered in other fields and makes the response look personal, yet professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga has been the best product we have ever used with regards to integrating Salesforce reports and having the confidence we are printing and sending letters to the right students. It saves time and resources, which is important to our institution.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we are liking the product. It has been a great time-saver.

Saves time and resources. It's a really great product!

Reliability and customization are the best features.

We are struggling with the transition to Lightning. It is a difficult, time consuming process for a solo Salesforce administrator.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga products help us in many of the process and are consistent in performance. Support is great if you have any questions , concerns or there are any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some products are a bit more difficult to setup.

Makes document creation simple, and users love it!

What do you like best about the product?
Merging fields are a breeze, and makes it very easy to quickly setup a template. Once your templates are setup, the end users love the ease of document creation. The built in email functionality is very handy, and works great. Conga's support network has also been wonderful so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only trouble so far has been user error on my end. I was able to contact their support team, and they were able to point me in the right direction very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our leasing division is currently creating lease quotes and lease schedules for their customers using Conga. With the quotes especially, we are able to quickly create a professional looking document, that is taking that business to the next level.

Great product from a great company!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly and easily create documents from data in our Salesforce database. I've also been very impressed with Conga's incredible customer support and documentation. Their support people took the time to walk me through the product, ensure I understood how to set up and use the Salesforce connectors, and followed up to check in on me a few days later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use a makeover, as it's a little dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Composer to generate Letters of Agreement, Proposals, etc. for our customers and it greatly improves the speed of creation and accuracy of the information in the document creation process.

Test drive the product, review the online documentation, and see for yourself how easy and effective the product is.
