Effortless Document Automation with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Conga Composer to generate documents like agreements, statements, and summaries. It's simple to use but has a lot of depth and complexity to master. I appreciate the great resources online and the Conga Composer user group that puts on monthly webinars and has an online forum for discussion. The user group is a great balance of Conga product updates and tips, along with real user stories and demonstrations. The online forum has customers from different industries sharing issues or solutions. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple things I would like to see: 1. There are still several links in the online resources that do not work properly when you click them. I think this is tied to Conga's website update they did within the last year. 2. Some of the Conga Composer UI (and the Conga Batch UI) looks unpolished or cuts off text. I'm used to it now, but it threw me off when I started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga Composer to generate documents, ensuring uniform templates, and it grabs data from Salesforce, saving time and providing better data entry guardrails.

Being able to bring information from SF and attach a contract into a "pretty" package

Not sure. Too new to Conga to have an opinion.

Not sure

I like that it's easy for my users to launch templates.

I wish it had more informative error messages for both the user and the admin side.

It creates documents with Salesforce data removing the need for our users to rekey information.

Makes conditional assembly of a document easy and efficient

It may be a little inflexible, requiring changes at the source than in mid-process

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer has provided standardization and flexibility for our contract generation process

There was a bit of a learning curve, but Conga Support and all the Learning resources have been incredibly helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility to automate field population of data into a template through merge field functionality. Providing consistent branding and legal terms and conditions for our contracting process

I like that our organization can utilize Conga Composer to customize templates that we use everyday and automate them to be easily changed as needed by simple Contract Admin Users.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is very advance, but would like to see more premade templates to copy and shift.

Template administration and workflow automation has been instrumental through Conga Composer

The ability to easily generate documents based on our data in a format that is professional and aligned with our company branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tech-debt created when multiple templates are created vs being creative when creating a single template with multiple uses.

Creating professional documents based on the data in our SF records
Great product for quick easy document generation.
What do you like best about the product?
Once learned, it is a super fantastic, quick tool, to be able to generate PDFs to send to external contacts at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some gaps in start up material, however, Conga's YouTube channel is a goldmine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing the same document on demand is a painstaking process to do by hand. With Composer, we have been able to free up our end users time and stress levels.

Ease of integration with Salesforce and the communities.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few limitations with Sign and other use cases we have in the pipeline.
