A Game Changer for Endpoint Management in Healthcare
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central is incredibly robust and reliable for managing endpoints across multiple clinical and administrative sites. The ability to automate patch management, deploy software remotely, and perform detailed asset tracking from a single pane of glass saves our IT team countless hours. Remote desktop control and scheduled reports are especially helpful in our healthcare environment where uptime and compliance are critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface, while functional, can feel a bit dated and cluttered at times, especially for new admins. Certain tasks like configuring patch approval workflows or granular role permissions require a learning curve. Additionally, the mobile device management features could benefit from more depth and flexibility compared to specialized MDM solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central is solving several critical challenges for us, including centralized patch management, remote support for distributed clinical sites, and compliance with HIPAA and internal audit requirements. Before implementing it, we relied heavily on manual processes, which were time-consuming and prone to error. Now, we can ensure all endpoints are up to date, secure, and inventoried even across multiple locations. This has significantly improved our IT team's efficiency, reduced security risks, and ensured faster response times for end-user support, all while maintaining compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
Very easy to use and very helpful for managing endpoints.

A Must-Have Tool for Efficient PC Monitoring and Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is how it has completely transformed the way my company handles endpoint monitoring. Before this, my team and I used to track staff PC details manually in Excel — it was tedious and prone to errors. Now, everything is centralized and easy to access. I can see real-time information about all the company PCs, which helps tremendously with troubleshooting, inventory, and planning. It's become an essential tool for both me and my IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issues I face are with syncing and remote access. Occasionally, some PCs don’t sync properly, and while reinstalling the agent usually fixes it, in rare cases I’ve had to format the PC entirely — not sure if that’s a software or hardware issue. Also, if a PC is in sleep mode, remote access isn’t possible, which is a bit of an inconvenience. But overall, these are small setbacks compared to how useful the software is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using this software, it was nearly impossible to keep up with detailed PC records manually — especially when using spreadsheets. It took a lot of time and effort to find specific information or confirm if a user’s PC met certain requirements. Now, everything is streamlined. I can easily identify what software is installed on which PC, monitor usage, and even push updates or perform actions remotely. It saves my team and me a lot of time and reduces human error in asset tracking and management.

Solid tool for managing endpoints and remote support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Endpoint Central for a while now, and overall, it's been a solid experience. It covers pretty much everything we need for managing endpoints – patching, software deployment, remote control, and inventory tracking.
The remote desktop feature has been especially helpful, and it works reliably even when the device is on a different network. Patch management is smooth once it’s set up, and pushing software to multiple machines saves a ton of time. One thing that could be better is the UI , it feels a bit dated and takes some time to get used to. Also, the initial setup needs some patience if you're new to this kind of platform. But once it's up and running, it’s very capable.
All in all, Endpoint Central has made a big diference in how we manage our IT infrastructure. I’d recommend it to teams looking for a centralized and automated way to handle endpoint.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be a bit tricky with the ports and customization, and MDM functionality can be bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central has helped us solve several key problems. Before using it, patching systems across the network was inconsistent and time-consuming. Now, we can schedule and automate patch deployment for both Windows and third-party apps, which keeps our environment more secure. We also had challnges with software installation doing it manually or remotely was inefficient. With Endpoint Central, we can push software to multiple machines in just a few clicks. Remote troubleshooting has also become much easier we don’t need to rely on third-party remote tools anymore.
