ME Endpoint Central Is Simple To Use But Detailed In Functionality

The Patch Management section is very informative and easy to use. Dashboards are clean but have helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Remote Support function does not always connect, forcing you to wait until the agent reconnects to the server to try again.

Consolidated Three software solutions we use down to one
What do you like best about the product?
that it allowed us to combine the three separate software we used into one that has an easy to use interface and adds even more features that we didn't know we needed until now!
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I didn't really like is how there is no concrete support form for problems that arise in the software because all software has problems and it would be nice to have an official form to go to to see similar problems and fix them instead of blindly searching the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving the problem of not having a unified software to manage all our devices it allowed us to condense what three software solutions did down into one cohesive software.
Very easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage patches for a lot of servers. While getting reports and customizing patch automation can configure quickly. There are more advantages we can have using the given tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
For security risks, details only have a separate license. Some third-party patches we have to download separately. If it is integrated into the same console with third-party software company credentials, it will be easy to manage 3rd party patches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patchin up servers.
Automate patching.
Get automated reports about servers' disk capacity.

Great MDM solution
What do you like best about the product?
We are only using Desktop Central for MDM currently and it is much more user friendly than the Cisco Meraki that we were using previously. Desktop Central is easy to use as an MDM solution and if you only need 25 licenses it is actually free and all the features are available to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no dislikes other than sales people will continue to contact after purchasing and support sometimes is difficult to work with due to language barrier sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for an MDM solution on iPads. The setup of the MDM was easy to do and integrated with our Apple Business account very easily. The features for the MDM and apple products are as good if not better than any product I have used.
No rain in this cloud! Robust features and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to install with silent options available. Seeing the health of your environment from the dashboard gives you a good idea of what needs to solved. Great options for patching and software deployment. It even has the ability to do MDM if you're not already in another system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to complain about here. The only thing I'd like to see, and I think it's coming next year, is a way to tie in directly with Azure AD. This would help make things a bit easier to organize if we could base things off security or user groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and software deployment are two of the biggest areas that we're benefitting. Creating patch policies for different groups, different geographic locations, servers, etc. Plus there's software and patch options for macOS! We have the control we need to keep our environment safe and secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
When patches or software deployment fails there aren't always details on why just that it failed.
Upon some tasks they will show failure or pending action, however, they do not then update that status in the queue.
