What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing to like best. It doesn't do anything better than its competitors and support is a shit show. If I had to pick a feature, that it asks me to review it blindly every time I log in. We paid for this software and its still full of ads for itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything. Remote control is worst than team viewer or windows RDP. Patching doesn't work consistently. Configurations (automation) can not be chained, so each automated task has to be done separately. If you have a desktop central act on more than 50 devices at a time, the desktop central server is likely to error out or lag out at somepoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not, it was supposed to be asset management, patch management, and remote support. It does none of that well. This product is a testament to mediocrity at its best, and a nightmare revolving door of hot fixes that come out randomly and support not believing issues exist in their product.

my input is for pricing, it will be more flexible if you have subs per unit number of users.

The object that I most like about manage engine is best easily to use and the connection to other systems as MDM or service desk to keep assistance to other people!

Nope to regard. Is absolutely simply and great!

What do you like best about the product?
Desktop Central has been a solid performer since the beginning. Easy to install, manage, and distribute to all my devices to ensure that they stayed in compliance, up to date, and patched with the latest security fixes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the resolutions for items that can't be automatically patched provided a little more information on how to fix it manually. It's there but could be better and more guided in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scanning for vulnerabilities and networking monitoring is only so good without a way to take action on them. Desktop Central has enabled me to quickly and easily deploy fixes and security measures to all of my devices.

A powerful management tool. Easy to use.

Every time after DTC update, need to clear the browser cache to be able to log in to DTC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote control the users' workstations and solve their problems and run updates.

Patch Management, Image deployment, Vulernability scanning
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is very poor. Phone connections are spotty and not clear. Waiting to get support can take more than a day and the issue is usually not resolved

Patch Management and asset management. Issues with MDM from the day it was rolled out and still having connection issue
