Flexible and User-Friendly Boards for Every Team

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Miro is. Whether you're a product manager, CRM manager or PMM, miro can be used to create all types of different boards, and are all equally easy to use. The components Miro has are applicable to all kinds of ways of working and are easy to understand for people who have never used the platform which makes it easy to share with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issues on large boards. When teams add hundreds of elements, Miro boards can lag or take a long time to load. This is especially noticeable in workshops or real-time collaboration sessions, where performance directly affects engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a customer marketing specialist, I use Miro to bring clarity and structure to complex projects. It makes it easy to turn scattered ideas into visual frameworks we can all understand and build on. For our product launches and messaging work, it helps the team brainstorm, prioritise, and keep a clear overview of how everything connects — something that’s much harder to do with slides or docs alone.

It is convenient to use, with appealing graphics and a wide variety of templates to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the main drawback is the limited number of tools available with the free account.

Share your ideas and collaborate with colleagues to develop a common vision together.

Effortlessly Enhanced Client Collaboration

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro allows for quick and efficient collaboration with clients, especially on logo design projects. The platform provides more functionality than using emails, allowing me to receive and respond to feedback quickly. This accelerates the design and feedback process significantly, reducing what used to take weeks to just a day or two. I also love the capability to add files straight from my phone, which simplifies the workflow and makes adding real-time updates from anywhere seamless. The text box feature is particularly useful for adding commentary on logo versions, enhancing communication and clarity in design discussions. Overall, there are no challenges in the setup process; it was straightforward, requiring only a quick signup with my email and a password. Lastly, the seamless integration with tools like the Adobe Creative Suite works superbly in my existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to accelerate logo design feedback, receiving client responses in days instead of weeks, enhancing collaboration. Its functionality and ability to add files from my phone make the process efficient and responsive, streamlining communication and design updates.

Game-Changer for Collaborative Team Workshops

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's real-time collaboration capabilities, which allow teams to work together simultaneously on the same board, regardless of their location. This has been transformative for me, especially when dealing with distributed teams. The integration of AI features, such as grouping and sorting Post-it notes, enhances the brainstorming process and makes organizing ideas significantly easier. These features have been particularly beneficial in running efficient workshops and brainstorming sessions, serving as a game-changer for my workflow. I also find the templates incredibly useful, as they facilitate the structuring of projects and processes. Miro's flexibility stands out, as it adjusts effectively to various work styles and needs, and I find its usability impressive. The platform is very easy to set up, enabling a seamless onboarding process with no friction. Its ability to work with other tools like Figma while providing dedicated design spaces makes it versatile for different departments, which is why many in my organization prefer Miro over Figma for tasks outside detailed design work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro, while highly flexible, lacks control over how content is presented. Additionally, the drawing or sketching features are difficult to use with a mouse, which can result in janky outputs. I believe having AI assistance to smooth out the drawing lines could significantly enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro's real-time capabilities vital for collaboration across remote teams, allowing simultaneous work on the same board. Its AI features simplify tasks like grouping post-it notes, which has been transformative for me.

Intuitive and Versatile, But Large Boards Can Lag

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about MIRO is its intuitive design. All the controls and options are straightforward and easy to grasp, so using the platform doesn't take much effort. Additionally, its adaptability and cross-platform sharing capabilities make it even more convenient. The wide variety of extensions available is truly the cherry on top.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback I’ve noticed with Miro is that when working on large boards filled with a lot of content and data, the platform tends to lag and sometimes buffers, especially if there are too many images and links. If it were possible to cache the entire board, I think the experience could be much smoother. Other than that, this is really the only issue I’ve encountered while using Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the main advantage of MIRO is the easy access it provides to an infinite whiteboard. I can use it from anywhere and on any device, which is very convenient. I have tried using Figma for similar purposes, but I didn't find it as reliable or as easy to use, especially on smaller screens.

Real-Time Collaboration Across Time Zones Boosts Team Efficiency

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to collaborate effectively with team members across various time zones and offices. Working together in real time allows us to brainstorm and develop ideas more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay if you want to use multiple boards. With the free plan, you need to restart the board each time, and you can't lock or unlock boards to change access permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time collaboration has made a big difference for us. Previously, we had to set up each idea separately, but now we can work together much more easily.

All-in-One Student Tool with Handy Features, Minor Bugs Easily Fixed

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are many different tools available for students to use. It does everything that Google Docs can do, and even more. I find the pen tool especially helpful, and I appreciate having everything conveniently located in one place. I use Miro frequently for my science class, and it gets very helpful to be able to look back at previous assignments we did.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it can become a bit buggy, but a simple refresh usually gets Miro working normally again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving their lag problem, and this is benefitting me as I am able to use the website faster than before.

Flexible Digital Whiteboard with Powerful Templates, Minor Collaboration Challenges

  • October 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how open and available it is to type, drag and edit at any point of the screen. It is genuinely a digital whiteboard and you can jump around where needed without limitations.

The templates available to use are really powerful too and help me save time regularly, particularly the lessons learned/project refinements template.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audience can drag and drop aspects of the whiteboard which can make it difficult to keep clean when having 5+ attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my world, Miro is mostly used for project retrospectives with customers.
We also use it for mind maps and workflows when building out new processes.
