Dynamic Project Planning with Easy Setup

  • April 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for project planning, research, and brainstorming, and I find it really good to lay out various ideas and share them with others to collaborate on projects. I particularly like the way I can put different flowcharts together and use sticky notes on a page. The customization options, like being able to join up sections of a flowchart easily, use various colors, and customize those colors using hex values, are really useful to me. Additionally, the setup was very easy for me, which made getting started with Miro straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a little difficult when doing multiline connections in flowcharts to connect multiple boxes to other boxes. It's hard to align them the right way to clearly show the relationships between each section. Also, the various shapes aren't as good as I would like without buying a more advanced platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for project planning, research, and brainstorming. It's really good for laying out ideas and sharing them with my team for collaboration. It allows them to add their own thoughts and comments on the board I'm working on.

Collaborative and Zoomable, Perfect for Class Organization

  • April 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro for its collaborative features, which allow everyone to work together seamlessly. The graphical interface is fantastic, offering a desktop-style organization that's both organized and easy to navigate. I love how it's zoomable, providing an 'at a glance' view, and you can zoom in on areas of interest to get more detail. It's been incredibly helpful for organizing my class in my Masters Program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe if there were more options for content and templates. It has a bit of a learning curve but we got into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides an 'at a glance' and zoomable organized desktop-style organization. It's collaborative and graphical, allowing for a single overview and the ability to zoom in on areas of interest.

MIRO platform review

  • April 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The graphic and the user interface: has all the things and instruments that one could ask during a meeting or a project development (post-it, boards, ecc.) and it's quite easy to introduce the basic functions also to people who are using it for the first time. Also the possibility to collaborate in real time with other people and the integration of AI it's a nice feature. Latter sometimes is too intrusive but i guess that's a choice to introduce and publicize it to new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels too intrusive when proposing new features, and it’s not always immediate to grasp all the functionalities. In a sense, I’d say: “less is more.” In last times seem to me more 'restrictive' in free usage and collaborative boards/projects. I’ve never tried the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Because of the large number of different features, I can explain my ideas and workflows faster and more freely. This leads to big savings in time and energy when building documents such as PowerPoints, and similar materials.

- With other tools, I sometimes struggled with structures that felt too fixed. Miro, instead, lets me decide both the content and the structure, which makes it easier to shape things the way I actually want and easier to understand and remember both for others and me

Streamlined Product Management with Miro's All-in-One Toolkit

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro has multiple tools available in one place for me to use, instead of having to navigate and use multiple tools. The recent addition of AI tools is just excellent, especially for creating PowerPoint presentations. I just ask Miro to create slides, and it does a great job. It actually creates beautiful slides from a script I provide. It really simplifies and enhances my work process. The initial setup of Miro was also seamless and took less than a minute. I use Miro alongside Microsoft Teams, which works well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro consolidates tools in one platform, saving me from using multiple ones. I also use its AI to efficiently create PowerPoint presentations and slides from scripts.

Smooth and Easy Brainstorming with Miro

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how easy it makes working with others. It feels like a shared whiteboard where everyone can jump in, move things around, and build ideas together in real time. The endless canvas and ready-made templates make it simple to go from a messy brainstorm to something actually useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small drawback of Miro is that boards can become a bit cluttered if they grow too large, which can make navigation slightly tricky. It can also feel a little slow on very complex boards or older devices, some useful features are only available in the paid plans, which might be a limitation for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of working together when people aren’t in the same place. Instead of long messages or scattered ideas, everything is in one shared space. For me, that means it’s easier to brainstorm, organize thoughts, and stay aligned with others. It saves time and makes teamwork feel more smooth and clear.

Miro’s Unlimited Canvas and Real-Time Collaboration Power Our Workshops

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited canvas and real-time editing capabilities of Miro have the highest utility for collaborative planning. Having been used professionally for two years now, the ability to use journey maps and voting helps in aligning the workshop's output without the need for additional applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult to organize boards with an infinite canvas in two years of regular professional use due to scattered items in the absence of an imposed organization format and slower performance due to heavy content such as many frames.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To resolve the problem of dispersed ideas and lack of remote collaboration, Miro has an infinite canvas and live editing capabilities as well as the use of templates. As a result, Miro helps convert workshops into structured outputs such as journey maps when used professionally.
