Supercharges Global Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredibly powerful collaboration tool, especially when working with teams spread across different locations. My team is distributed over three continents, and sessions using Miro are always far more productive and impactful than those that are less structured or rely on working from a deck.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve. I was never shown how to use Miro, so figuring it out on my own took quite a bit of time and plenty of trial and error. Now, though, I find it much more intuitive than when I first started using it. It's also a tool that I find requires time investment up-front. The process of going from identifying a business challenge that requires cross-team or cross-department collaboration that could benefit from a session in Miro, to building the Miro board that can facilitate that session, can be considerable. Not to say it isn't a good use of time, it always is, but I rarely find the existing templates quite fit my needs (although they often provide inspiration).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to run effective synchronous collaboration sessions that span continents.
Great for Visual Planning, Collaboration, and Organizing Complex Projects (email specifically)
What do you like best about the product?
t’s incredibly intuitive for brainstorming, planning, and mapping out ideas visually. The templates make it easy to get started, and I love how multiple people can contribute at the same time without anything breaking or lagging. It’s become one of my go-to tools for organizing thoughts and keeping projects moving. Particularly, our email marketing funnels. We use many funnels depending on how the user gets entered into our CRM and Miro helps us keep that organized across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest struggle is navigation when boards start getting more complex. As workflows expand, it can be hard to keep track of where everything is. I often find myself zooming all the way out and then manually hunting for the section I need, basically relying on memory instead of any built-in guidance. A smarter way to jump between areas or auto-focus on sections would make a huge difference. Other than that, the tool is solid, I just wish the navigation scaled as well as everything else does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me stay aligned with my team and contractors, especially since we work remotely. Instead of juggling notes, documents, and emails, everything we have live on our email automations lives in one place and is a single source of truth for anyone to reference easily. Without this, it would take me a lot longer to keep email marketing and automations flowing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I use it on and off and switch between several different tools like Lucid. I'm not seeing any issues with Miro and like it more than Lucid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of reviewing a new development project build with the team. We're able to review requirements and build out stories and have those stories feed in to Jira without needing to bounce around between different tools.
Effortless Idea Visualization and Detail with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very convenient to visualize ideas and timelines especially. The ability to scale in and out allows you to still create simple layouts while not compromising on any amount of detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t experience any particular dislikes with Miro. My experience was seamless and served its purpose for my academic uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a very effective medium for visual collaboration and planning, which makes managing future projects very easy. This visual aspect also opens a clear gateway for collaboration, as members of my team can easily chime in and add things on the fly. Adding comments on documents can only go so far; Miro is the evolution of that.
Effortless Diagram Creation with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and intuitive to use for creating diagrams, designing flows, and visually representing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often struggle to find suitable templates, and there is also a lack of AI prompting to make the process of building diagrams easier. Also the free trial is very short in amount of dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it easy for me to create transactional flows and allows me to express my ideas more clearly, all within a user interface that is very straightforward to use.
The Best Tool for Mind Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool I've found for mind mapping, especially when it comes to planning AI projects. It really helps organize my thoughts and ideas effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can be slow, but overall I like it.

I would like to see more information on AI web app development and related ideas.
Seamless Real Time Collaboration with JIRA Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's integration with JIRA and love the live collaboration feature. It helps me visualize ideas and makes collaboration easy. The initial setup was also easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do prefer to use the Windows app, due to the fact that I often have many other browser windows open but the login experience in the Windows Miro app is inconvenient. I'd like it to cache my user detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy visualization of ideas and collaboration. It helps my team with feature sequencing and integrates really well with JIRA, which is very beneficial. It's great for visualizing and communicating our ways of working.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a senior software engineer for creating both technical and user-friendly diagrams, thanks to its nice interface that integrates these tasks. I also love the infinite board and its collaborative nature, allowing people to log in and out at their leisure, making it a smooth asynchronous process. Miro's smart snapping feature is probably the best for aligning different elements, making everything look more professional with less effort. The software also offers a lot of good templates, shapes, and a generous free account offering. I find the interface much better than what I used before, with smoother controls and easier access for non-technical users. Setting it up was practically one-click.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough shapes provided in the free account. I also think it is too geared towards teams. They should put more time into the "individual user" type of experience. 99% of my time on Miro is spent working alone.

Miro lets me create technical and user-friendly diagrams in one interface and supports collaborative work with its flexible, infinite board. Its smart snapping feature aligns elements neatly, making my work look professional with less effort.
Enhanced Visualization and Ease of Use with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for product analytics, user flow creation, and journey creation. I like that they have project templates and workspace templates, which are really helpful. I also use Miro's AI solution for documenting our user journeys and updating some flows using the AI capabilities. It was very easy to set up Miro for our company because we had direct templates to use. We just signed up, and it was easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the framing feature could be improved so we can use frames more in the boards. Also, the board-to-board communication is a problem. I want to access any board from another board and link different parts together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the visualization part for me, helping with user flow creation, user journey creation, screen analysis, and benchmark analysis. It uses templates and AI solutions for documenting and updating user journeys, making it easier to manage product tasks.
Perfect Collaboration and Essential Integrations with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I can work together with my team from anywhere, concentrate ideas, create documentation of our discoveries, create roadmaps, and integrate with other platforms. We use it daily here, and Miro is perfect for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any negative points with Miro.
