Impeccable organization and remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to work with remote teams. the features of time, voting, and all that make the work more organized. also, you can make comments and leave notes so that the rest of the team understands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. There is nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is remote, so we don't have a physical board where we can debate and share ideas. Miro makes it easy for us. It has features that allow us to collaborate from our corner of the world and feel like we are in front of the same board. I use it a lot to explain things and to be able to draw as if I were in front of people!
Intuitive Tool for Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really love making boards at Miro. The UI is simply amazing and intuitive, which makes it easy to work with. It really helps in collaborating with the whole team and brings my projects to life. I enjoy the infinite canvas, sticky notes, and visual appeal to the board, as well as the real-time collaboration. The pre-built templates are really helpful. I can draw diagrams, assign tasks to people, collaborate on their thoughts about the topic, simplify their answers through sidekick AI, and add cards for actionable tasks. The colors and themes are visually appealing and delightful. Adding frames, icons, and flowcharts helps shape a process and my thoughts visually, and the infinite canvas helps to connect dot points. The initial setup was pretty easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing

Miro performed quickly, easily and exactly as expected to complete the flowchart I needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were no dislikes about Miro, it performed exactly as needed and expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Versatile Whiteboarding, But Data Transfer Needs Improvement

Does what it says on the tin. Reasonably versatile whiteboarding app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Passing data in and out of Miro can be a bit haphazard.

Miro solves remote whiteboarding issues. It does that by providing most of the functions of a physical whiteboard.
Facilitate Collaboration but Requires Adaptation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is quite easy to use and has many different tools for various types of utilities, from concept maps to collaborative workshops. The variety of tools allows me to organize information in different ways and structure it in the formats I need for different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the usability of the platform difficult at first. It would be good to have more pre-designed templates for more use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me have a collaborative interface with my remote team, organize information with concept maps, and structure ideas in different formats. It facilitates collaborative sessions and strategic workshops by structuring what I have in mind.
Great for Drafting Ideas, But Export Quality Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like it for creating a draft of ideas or organising data models.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if I want to export a diagram, I can only do so in low quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create data models flexibly and thus identify duplicates, bottlenecks, etc., so that I can improve the data model itself.
Simplified Flowcharting with Intuitive User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro makes it easy to add blocks and connect them. The wide variety of blocks available with the option to name flow lines makes it more useful for me. It helps to streamline the block or processes, and the initial setup was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that high-resolution export on the free plan is limited. At least PDF should be made available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me streamline blocks or processes with ease of adding and connecting blocks.
Intuitive and Versatile, Yet Templates Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is simple to use, making it easy to navigate and accomplish tasks. It has many important features that are always being improved upon, allowing me to do pretty much everything I need in one place. Miro is intuitive, and I appreciate that it helps with organizing my thoughts and visualizing complex ideas simply.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the templates too much. Every time I try to use one, I end up creating a new one from scratch. I think they are not intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me get complex ideas across simply, visualize explanations for others, and organize my thoughts.
Fluency and Impressive Styles, An Indispensable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro to store graphic information and make summaries in an organized way with diagrams. I really enjoy how easy it is to create diagram graphics and breakdowns in Miro. The graphics in Miro have more modern styles compared to other applications like Draw.io, and the fluidity in Miro is much better. What I like most about Miro is the immense size of the canvas, thanks to which I can pour all kinds of information and use different sizes to display things largely and see the details when zooming in. The fluidity and styles of Miro make everything I draw come out quickly and I don't have to edit much. Additionally, it was super easy to set up Miro from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there should be only one button to change the colors of the objects, not two. One that opens the possibility to change borders and fill, as they are usually changed together, not one at a time. This makes me spend more time editing colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to store graphic information and make organized summaries. The modern styles and fluidity allow me to quickly create graphics without much editing. The canvas size is ideal for dumping a large amount of information and zooming in on details.
Miro: Intuitive and with versatile templates
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of Miro and use it really regularly in my daily life, especially to tackle strategic topics. Miro simply offers a lot of templates that I like to use for pretty much every topic and business concept. This is helpful because I don't have to prepare the templates myself. Everything is thought of and it offers a range of tools and possibilities that I can use intuitively. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nicer if some functionalities could be used without add-ons. Additionally, it's a bit disadvantageous that when working with the trackpad, you constantly have to switch between the pointer and the hand and click this manually. From a usability perspective, this is sometimes a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro regularly for strategic topics because it offers a variety of templates that are super helpful and save time. It is intuitively usable, and I can quickly find pre-made, well-designed templates like user journeys.
