What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool I've found for mind mapping, especially when it comes to planning AI projects. It really helps organize my thoughts and ideas effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can be slow, but overall I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to see more information on AI web app development and related ideas.
Seamless Real Time Collaboration with JIRA Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's integration with JIRA and love the live collaboration feature. It helps me visualize ideas and makes collaboration easy. The initial setup was also easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do prefer to use the Windows app, due to the fact that I often have many other browser windows open but the login experience in the Windows Miro app is inconvenient. I'd like it to cache my user detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy visualization of ideas and collaboration. It helps my team with feature sequencing and integrates really well with JIRA, which is very beneficial. It's great for visualizing and communicating our ways of working.
Seamlessly Integrates with My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a senior software engineer for creating both technical and user-friendly diagrams, thanks to its nice interface that integrates these tasks. I also love the infinite board and its collaborative nature, allowing people to log in and out at their leisure, making it a smooth asynchronous process. Miro's smart snapping feature is probably the best for aligning different elements, making everything look more professional with less effort. The software also offers a lot of good templates, shapes, and a generous free account offering. I find the interface much better than what I used before, with smoother controls and easier access for non-technical users. Setting it up was practically one-click.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough shapes provided in the free account. I also think it is too geared towards teams. They should put more time into the "individual user" type of experience. 99% of my time on Miro is spent working alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me create technical and user-friendly diagrams in one interface and supports collaborative work with its flexible, infinite board. Its smart snapping feature aligns elements neatly, making my work look professional with less effort.
Enhanced Visualization and Ease of Use with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for product analytics, user flow creation, and journey creation. I like that they have project templates and workspace templates, which are really helpful. I also use Miro's AI solution for documenting our user journeys and updating some flows using the AI capabilities. It was very easy to set up Miro for our company because we had direct templates to use. We just signed up, and it was easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the framing feature could be improved so we can use frames more in the boards. Also, the board-to-board communication is a problem. I want to access any board from another board and link different parts together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the visualization part for me, helping with user flow creation, user journey creation, screen analysis, and benchmark analysis. It uses templates and AI solutions for documenting and updating user journeys, making it easier to manage product tasks.

Simple Visual Tools That Supercharge Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple, clear visual tools enabling collaboration with many people. It is super helpful for my work
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it easily gets messy and chaotic, especially for new collaborators. It is great for your thought process, but it requires a lot of discipline to not let the visual elements spread into chaos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me visualize complex and interconnected themes in my work, as there is so much freedom with Miro. I don't feel limited. I can have everything at the same place, brainstorming, prototyping, text drafting, project management and collaborative session. It's all one amazing tool.
Effortless Team Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop feature in Miro because it makes collaboration easy and is super easy to use. Since we're in the business of generating ideas, I find it helpful to use the drag and drop to add images and references, allowing us to build on our ideas effectively. Overall, Miro has been pretty easy to use for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing

Effortless Collaboration, But Table Tools Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating system diagrams, workflows, and collaborative exercises during workshops. I appreciate that it solves the problem of versioning diagrams since everyone can always see the latest version and collaborate in real-time. I like that Miro is easy to use and has a lot of elements, shapes, and entities already defined, so I don't have to create them myself. It makes it quicker to create system diagrams since I don’t have to create entities from scratch. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table entities could be more flexible. They could be easier to create, for example, by being able to select the exact grid size upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves versioning issues, allowing everyone to see the latest diagrams and collaborate in real time. Creating system diagrams is quicker with pre-defined elements, and it's easy to use.
Infinite Canvas and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the speed at which I can put a board together with Miro. It seems like they've thought hard about the UI, making it easier to move content around compared to PowerPoint. The interactivity is great, and the feature that allows infinite zoom in and out is fantastic. I can make the board as large as I need and keep adding content, which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall whether Miro shows a map of the whole board. If not, that would be helpful to know where different parts are, especially when I'm zoomed in. Also, an indicator at the edges of the screen to show if there's additional content beyond the view, like an arrow, would be helpful. Sometimes, I can't find certain content someone is referring to, and they have to guide me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro streamlines our workflow, combining different processes on one board. It enhances collaboration with its infinite-sized board, allowing easy addition of PowerPoint slides, flowcharts, and sticky notes, which accelerates teamwork compared to PowerPoint and flowchart tools.
Excellent Collaboration Tool with Room for AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to generate business flow diagrams and branching strategies. I appreciate the many options for customization and how easy it is to share with teams, especially sharing as an image. I like the team collaboration feature; I create many diagrams for my ongoing projects and share them with my team. Based on my input, they share their ideas, which makes the process seemless. I really love the easy sharing and working mode. Miro's pricing is also a good point; it's more accessible compared to competitors where features are behind paywalls. I have created boards for each project, and we share everything related to the project on the same board. I also like Miro's Progressive Web App; it saves a lot of space on my system and mobile while providing all the features I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro AI is not great compared to others. I tried many times creating diagrams with Miro AI and it is not accurate or even close to what I want. There is no tool to import and export data from Whimsical to Miro. Initially, it was a bit difficult to get used to since we were using a different tool before, but after a couple of days, we got used to it with the help of notes, walkthroughs, and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for customizable business flow diagrams and branching strategies. It offers easy sharing with teams, including as images, and seamless collaboration, which I love. Miro's Progressive Web App saves space on my devices while providing all needed features.
