Valuable Tool for Collaborative English Tutoring

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is free for my students and that it has so many different tools like the writing tool and the pen tool. It also includes different shape tools, emojis, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with using the text tool because I have to click it every time I open a new text box. It would be helpful if I could just click in the next places and have the text tool open automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a whiteboard for my students, making it a great tool to work together on the same exercises.

A Perfect Tool for Seamless Team Collaboration

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to collaborate with my team on brainstorming sessions, project planning, and idea visualization. It’s extremely helpful for aligning everyone on the same page, running workshops, and turning ideas into clear action plans. I like how Miro combines brainstorming, planning, and collaboration into one platform. The real-time updates, templates, and flexibility of the boards help teams work faster, stay aligned, and turn ideas into clear outcomes. Integrating Miro with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Zoom helps streamline collaboration, share boards easily, and keep communication and planning aligned across tools. The setup process was smooth and simple. The basic setup—creating boards and inviting collaborators—was quick, and we were able to get started right away. A short learning curve was manageable with the available templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many features available, there can be a slight learning curve for new users. Improving onboarding tutorials and simplifying navigation for beginners. For beginners, onboarding could be improved with a more guided, step-by-step walkthrough that explains core features when users first open a board. Interactive tooltips, short in-app tutorials, and use-case-based starter templates would help new users understand how to use Miro effectively. Simplifying the menu layout and clearly highlighting commonly used tools would also make navigation more intuitive and reduce the initial learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves scattered ideas and inefficient collaboration by providing a shared space for brainstorming, planning, and feedback. It helps my team stay aligned, supports real-time collaboration, and turns ideas into actionable plans, making teamwork seamless and efficient.

Effortless Remote Collaboration with Miro

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use and the variety of features available in Miro. I like how large you can have an area of work, and I really enjoy the premade templates as they save me lots of time. As a team leader, templates help me put together quick team building and review exercises, allowing me to collaborate effectively with my team and make the most out of my time. Also, I found the initial setup to be super fast and very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really capable of quite a bit, and I don't think I know how much it's capable of or how much it integrates. Some built-in user resources or training would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me work effectively remotely, prepare for meetings with multiple stakeholders, manage workflows, and lead team building exercises. I enjoy the ease of use, variety of features, and premade templates that save me lots of time.

User-Friendly Interface, Perfect for Team Collaboration

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's user-friendly interface. It's easy to crop text and assets, snap arrows, and import new graphics. The navigation through different menu options is very intuitive. I find it works great in a live planning environment, which is crucial for our team when we're preparing for events. I also appreciate how we can create a RACI chart in Miro to assign roles efficiently and how details like booth layout can be shared for feedback. Miro is our primary collaborative decision-making space, and it integrates well even when using Notion and Airtable for executing specific project tasks. Switching to Miro also seemed to be a cost-effective decision allowing for more users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to locate a file I am looking for without searching it on the dashboard. Allowing for individual users to create their own subfolders within a space would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for process mapping and event planning, identifying bottlenecks, and making blockers more visible. It supports role assignments and live planning, enhances decision-making, and improves team collaboration with its intuitive interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to copy and paste images easily in Miro, and I can save sections as images. It's awesome that I can 'follow' another person on the board. Miro is really easy to use and it saves me a lot of time formatting and importing files, which other tools might require. We use various marketing tools and Miro makes it easy to pull elements together. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro removes the need for drawn templates, making collaboration and user journey visualization easy. It's easy to use, saving time on formatting and file importing. Miro also allows us to easily pull elements together across various marketing tools and platforms.

Design Facilitation Made Easy with Miro

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to facilitate my design process; it's my magic space for visualizing thoughts and ideas all in one place. I love placing photos and text to create roadmaps for projects. The sticky note feature is a classic for me; it's simple and I find myself using it over and over again. Miro is user-friendly, making it easy to share boards with colleagues who've never used it before. I also love the pre-made templates; they're a genius creation that aids in ideation and project planning. The combination of sticky notes and templates allows me to be messy yet organized, turning chaos into structure. Setting up Miro was extremely easy, and I've been using it since college. Presenting with Miro is effective and efficient, and I appreciate how it addresses my need to organize my scattered thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I remember a time where you could see video previews and I really enjoyed that, now they're only a link. Being able to have 'layers' on a board would be nice to toggle info on and off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize and organize my thoughts and ideas in one place. It facilitates my design process, helps in project planning, and is user-friendly for sharing. The sticky notes and templates are valuable for turning messy ideas into organized outcomes.

Frictionless Collaboration: Turning Vague Ideas Into Clear, Shared Boards

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how frictionless it makes thinking together.

A few highlights that really do it for me:

Infinite canvas - zero mental walls. I can zoom out to see the big picture or dive into tiny details without ever feeling boxed in.

Real-time collaboration that actually feels alive.

It’s flexible without being precious. I can be messy (brain dumps, sketches) and structured (frameworks, flows, roadmaps) on the same board.

Great for clarity, not just creativity. Turning chaos into diagrams, journeys, or decisions is where Miro really shines.

If I had to sum it up: Miro is really good at turning “vague ideas in people’s heads” into something everyone can see, poke at, and improve together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like Miro to improve on is sometimes boards get heavy fast, so Miro can improve bit on this rest everything is super perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get clarity faster. Seeing ideas spatially helps patterns emerge that I’d miss in text.

I can collaborate without dominating.

It creates a shared memory. Boards become artifacts I can return to instead of rehashing the same conversations.

It bridges thinking TO doing. Brainstorming, structuring, and planning can happen in one place instead of hopping tools.

I stay aligned with humans, not just tasks.
