What do you dislike about the product?
we have a problem mainly with PDF format that we insert into MIRO - it is very slow. sometimes it freezes the browser with vector PDF's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an architectural office. We mostly use MIRO to create boards with guides for working in the office, such as flow charts and similar materials. Because our systems are ongoing and constantly changing, we can easily modify the boards as needed.

Whether I’m creating mind maps, flowcharts, or planning a project, Miro gives me the freedom to structure ideas the way I want without feeling restricted. The drag-and-drop interface and ready-made templates save a lot of time and make the whole process smooth. Overall, it makes organizing thoughts, collaborating, and planning not just efficient, but actually enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really enjoy using Miro, there are a few areas that could be improved. One challenge is performance when boards become large or have a lot of elements, it can start to lag, especially on lower-end devices. This sometimes interrupts the workflow and makes navigation less smooth. Another aspect is the learning curve for beginners. Although the interface is powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first with so many features and tools available. A more guided onboarding experience would help new users get comfortable faster.

Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very straightforward; creating an account, inviting team members, and starting with templates took only a few minutes without any technical issues.

Some downsides of Miro are performance lag on very large boards, limited offline functionality, and pricing for bigger teams. Navigation can also get cluttered with complex projects, so better performance optimization, offline support, and board organization tools would improve usability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create multiple flowcharts on one screen and drag and move around in one single Miro board. There are different shapes that I can use and different color codings that help differentiate steps in the process. It's very user-friendly. I also love that you can visually create your process flows, which makes it easier to explain complex processes. The setup was pretty easy with single sign-on access through our apps. I think Miro is a great tool, and I have no complaints against it.

I like that we can collaborate with our team on Miro, even in the middle of projects, and it allows us to see what everyone has done on the board. The ability to add comments and sticky notes to everything is a fun feature. It's really easy for my team to make changes to diagram flows by adding stickers. The infinite canvas where we can create anything is really amazing and solves our problems.

The template section in Miro needs more enhancement. It feels quite messy, and the templates seem to be everywhere. It needs to be better structured.

I don't like the ability to lock editing and hide cursors during presentation mode. When clicking into a note, it switches to edit mode too easily. There should be a third toggle to lock it so you can fully focus on presenting.

Having more built-in tools for organizing large boards or guiding new users would improve the experience.

I like Miro for collaboration and teamwork, allowing us to interact as if it were a digital whiteboard. I appreciate that it helps break the distance barrier between companies with offices in different locations. I love the design, the ease of suggesting ideas, and how AI streamlines the creation of content and work areas with a pre-design based on an idea, spending less time on sketching the boards. I also find that the initial setup is very simple and super user-friendly.

I would like the minimum number of free licenses to be a bit broader.
