Intuitive and Collaborative, Great for Hybrid Teams

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its intuitive and self-explanatory interface, which made the initial setup smooth and straightforward. The offline collaboration capabilities are invaluable, allowing my team to work together seamlessly on the same Miro board without the need for constant meetings. This feature is particularly beneficial in today's hybrid working environment, helping us effectively conduct creative sessions. Miro's ability to assist in such sessions, especially by facilitating the use of virtual Post-it notes during online meetings, has been a great help. I also find Miro's versatility immensely useful; I can use it for architectural designs and road mapping, which is something other platforms haven't sufficiently provided me. The ease of sticking Post-it notes and designing architectural schematics online makes my work more efficient. Overall, the combination of ease of use, a well-designed user interface, and practical functionality makes Miro an indispensable tool for my workflows. My satisfaction is evident in my strong likelihood of recommending Miro, with a rating between nine and ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have something I dislike, to be honest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product enables offline collaboration, reducing the need for constant meetings, and supports creative sessions effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Flexible Flow Design, but Limited Custom Shapes

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The flexible options to illustrate flows or setup. Be it a workflow or a network-map, the tools are easy to understand and makes it easy to put thoughts to paper so to say. It is always easy to find use-case in our business on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disability to import own shapes, sometimes texts are not formated as flexible as one would want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it to visualize network setups and traffic flows. However, I also frequently rely on it for mapping out project workflows and illustrating various other types of flowcharts.

Great for Team Collaboration, But Color Settings Need Improvement

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive software, can be used for team collaboration. I use it as a mindmap and even to track my task progress -- also easy for my team to see the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I set up text or form colors, all other text fields and boxes have it by default. I have to manually change them in every other box I create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to visualize processes and task progress

Intuitive and User-Friendly, but need more refining to make experience more smooth.

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It simply, quite intuitive, visualy clear. Low entry point for new users (like me). Can be used in small projects as well as in big ones. I don't hesitate to reach for it evrytime when i need. Experince is in most cases smooth, but there were situations where I got stuck and couldn't move on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too simply. Navigation sometimes is difficult, especialy on big tabels. It it difficult to set proper size of things when You start - to keep some possibilities going deep and abouve initial canvas. Some tool to present finished job (like a presentiation) could be appriciated (or maybe there is, but i didn't find it. Managing files/boards could be better. When it is not proactivly kept in order it can be messy quite fast. E.g we keep evrything in one folder and look for each file with search options. It can be frustrating. It could be nice if search would search also content od foards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of meeting to conduct workshops with clients. It is a virtual whiteboard tool on which we work together and conduct business workshops. We use Zoom or Google Meets for communication, and either everyone logs into Miro at the same time, or one of the two facilitators shares their screen and stands “at the whiteboard,” adding the results of our work to it.

We also use it to draw processes and diagrams.

Effortless Remote Collaboration, Needs Better Board Organization

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, and a life saves for remote workshops. Very easy to onboard people who have never used it, making it ideal to quickly gather their inputs directly on the board. I also really like the templates available in the Miroverse that negate the 'White paper fear'.

It is also very easy to integrate this with Jira or Azure DevOps, making it useful as a central source of truth for business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
These are minor details, but it would be good to have more control on versioning and a better way to label and organise the boards as sometimes on larger projects this can get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Remote workshops with several stakholders
- Single source of truth for Service Blueprints and Process Maps
- Brainstorming with colleagues on complex topics

Good experience, ease of use and well implemented features.

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use and to share with your team, good for work or any personal projects. Also has lots of ways to brainstorm or plan your ideas, which is very good in the "ideas" phase of the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some table configurations, or "moving" mechanics could be more simple, nothing special.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a game designer, which means I need to communicate well with the rest of the team so the idea can easily reach reality and take form the right way, so Miro helps me do that communication without problems: I can do game systems diagrams, app flowcharts, AI behavior, planning, art reference moodboards and much more.

Effortless Collaboration and Templates—Hoping for Full Access Soon

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is the main strength of Miro boards. As a user, I can quickly select a template that best fits my needs and start customizing it right away, without worrying too much about formatting. The process of using templates is straightforward and feels completely seamless.

Whenever I need to create a quick overview that looks professional and modern, instead of spending time on formatting, I turn to Miro boards for immediate assistance.

Although our internal processes rely on other products for managing software development and delivery, I believe Miro could also be effective for handling sprints, backlogs, and other Agile ceremonies. I still use certain features, and it's easy to integrate elements from Miro into my other tools.

I also appreciate how quickly I can invite others to collaborate on my boards, making it easy for participants to contribute during our frequent sessions and share common goal of such tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently limited by corporate policy and we are not using paid version, which I hope can change in the future and we will be able to justify linked costs with proper enterprise license.

At the beginning, it took me some time to practice with user interface and way how to effectively operate within tool, which is common and not a blocker!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool streamlines the user experience, allowing users to work more efficiently and save time, while also elevating the quality of their results.
Outputs are visually striking and it provides professional look, which allows me to focus on the content and to deliver right message to the audience.

Simple and visually engaging

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and particularly useful for brainstorming sessions, mapping out project plans, and organizing notes or ideas. I also appreciate some of its quirkier features, like adding background music when a timer is on. Lastly, the product update emails are clear and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a content marketer, I often use Miro for organizing my swipe files. Adding PDFs and images can slow it down a lot, but that's understandable enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Collaboration in a team that's spread out across two countries
-Organization

Great Templates and Usability, Minor Issues with Component Selection

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It begins as a blank canvas, but offers some excellent templates to help you get started. These templates are user-friendly and frequently based on well-known product methodologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be difficult to get the click focus exactly where you need it in order to move the components you want. This can make the process a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform offers a collaborative environment and serves as an excellent place to gather and organize all project-related materials, regardless of the format. Other tools can either feel a bit one-modal or difficult to quickly get a high level picture of a project.

Essential for Collaboration, Though Prototyping Needs Improvement

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use it every day as the source of truth for our projects, with at least one board dedicated to each project. For every project, it serves as our digital whiteboard. We regularly brainstorm on Miro and find it very user-friendly. We make use of post-its and have tried out some of the available templates. On one occasion, we used the integration with Figma and found that to be very straightforward as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried using the prototyping feature once, but I didn't find it as easy to use as other tools such as Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool functions as a digital whiteboard, which is especially useful since we sometimes work from home and needed a collaborative, digital solution.
