Engaging UI, Streamlined Mind Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mainly for drawing mind maps. I find it very intuitive and the AI features in Miro help me quickly complete tasks like mind mapping. I like the design, the UX, and the UI part of Miro. It's mainly about how it's designed. Designing new blocks in Miro is quite easy, and adjusting them on the canvas is great. The initial setup was quite easy for me, and Miro has helped in terms of making switching very easy for whatever you want to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in terms of speed, the website can be improved. It could be more efficient and accurate for whatever we design.

Perfect Tool for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform and how it's designed. There are tools to find your own style on how you want to express ideas and present thoughts. I really like the diversity of tools which, while not being overwhelming, keep me creative. I'm a fan of the illustration stickers that are available, which make ideas more personable. I also like how you can assign tasks to participants and find information about who shared what idea. It's easy to use the tools, and the look and feel is very pleasant, making it nice to spend time there. It's easy to share when different people work on it together and meet on video chat platforms. The platform itself and the way it's designed and playful is great. Setting up Miro was pretty easy and logging in and creating an account was surprisingly simple and eventless, which is exactly what you wish for when starting something new. So far, even though I only know about 30% of what Miro can do, I find those features amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more accessible to find out who posted an idea in Miro. It's not as straightforward, and having an easy way to see who posted what would be really interesting and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with different agencies and teams in one space, allowing us to share ideas, bring them together, and move forward with the strongest ones.
Easy Group Collaboration with Real-Time Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use in a group context as multiple people can edit Miro boards at once making it effective for simultaneous progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how hard it is to specifically change font size and how standard the 'post it notes' feature is, i'd appreciate greater flexibility in that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to collaborating in group context and see visuals on how others think and their processes.
Effortless Workflow Sharing with Miro
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is any negative feedback from my side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Effective Kanban Board with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's Kanban board because it's pretty nice and offers a simple and nice UI. I'm able to create a Kanban board and share it with others, which is helpful for team projects. It makes it easy to keep track of what my teammate is doing and what stage the project is at. The ability to split the project into big chunks using multiple boards is also a feature I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance on Windows Firefox is not good. It feels slow, unresponsive. Could be something on my end tho. Sharing with my teammate was not as easy to figure as it should have been. I wish there was a dark mode on the board, because I work in a darker room, every time I opened the board up, I felt like I was getting flashbanged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize project tasks with it's Kanban board, tracking what's completed and pending, and facilitating team collaboration by sharing progress updates with teammates.
Great for Collaboration, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Miro is to use. It feels as if I am interacting in the real world. I also appreciate its connectivity features, especially for people who are not normally board members, which makes it easy for them to collaborate and join a Miro workshop session. Additionally, I like the library of templates that Miro offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing is a little bit steep at times. In my organization, even though we acknowledge the importance of brainstorming and design thinking, we don't do it every day. And this makes the investment for it a bit more steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me a platform for divergent thinking and effective collaboration at work.
A canvas for creativity
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy tool to use. Canvas + your thoughts scattered or structured, It doesn't matter. I have worked this tool into pretty much every workflow that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but some sort of collapsible feature would be nice. Text heavy entry could be condensed down to a single node with id_name. May already exists and I don't even know it. It wouldn't surprise me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its is an easy way for me to take my scattered thoughts and chaotic brainstorming sessions that lived only in my head or in 30tabs and 10 different folders and visually see them. The ability to articulate those scattered thoughts and ideas in a manner that others can better understand is a massive benefit.
Seamless, Visual Collaboration with an Infinite Canvas
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its ability to make collaboration seamless and highly visual. The infinite canvas allows teams to brainstorm, organize ideas, and plan workflows without any constraints. Its intuitive interface and rich template library make it easy to start productive discussions quickly. Real‑time collaboration keeps everyone aligned, whether working remotely or in person, making teamwork more engaging and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that it can become slow or laggy when working on large, complex boards with many collaborators. The abundance of tools and widgets can feel overwhelming for new users, leading to a learning curve. At times, navigation becomes cluttered, especially when multiple elements overlap. Additionally, exporting boards in high quality or organizing content neatly can take extra effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of bringing teams together to collaborate visually, especially when people are working remotely or across locations. It provides an easy way to brainstorm, map ideas, and structure discussions in one shared space, which removes the need for long meetings or scattered documents. The intuitive canvas and templates help me organize thoughts quickly and run more effective workshops. Overall, Miro improves alignment, speeds up decision-making, and makes teamwork far more engaging and productive.
Miro Collaboration Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it facilitates seamless collaboration. Seeing comments and changes in real time is a game changer. You can be creative and messy in this software and also organized and documented, depending on how you use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more efficient with templates for presentations, like how InDesign has master pages with repeating titles and smart page numbers. It would be great if you could replace one floor plan link and it would update all of its occurrences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disjointed communication and inaccessibility. Now everyone can jump in from anywhere at whatever time is convenient for them and keep things moving forward.
