As a Product Designer, using Miro sketch wireframes & user flows with Product Managers in real time
What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels in Ease of Use;
The canvas feels like sticky notes on a wall, so Product Managers jump in without training.
Ease of Implementation is equally smooth; connecting SSO/Okta and inviting the team took minutes, and we were sketching wireframes and user flows right away.
Frequency of Use is high because the same board handles daily stand-ups, brainstorms, and quick diagrams, keeping everyone in one place.
The large Number of Features, from live cursors and comments to timers and voting, lets me run full workshops inside a single board, and the growing AI Add-ons that cluster notes and build mind maps already save real time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pain points mirror those topics;
Ease of Use drops when a board passes a thousand objects; scrolling stutters and shortcuts are hard to find.
Ease of Implementation gets pricier once we need advanced permissions or data residency because those controls sit behind the top tier.
High Frequency of Use turns the workspace into a cluttered archive if no one cleans up old boards.
The big Number of Features can overwhelm newcomers, and many templates feel dense enough that I strip them down before we start.
AI Add-ons remain helpful but basic, so I often finish the job manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sketch wireframes, map flows, and collect feedback on a single live board that designers and PMs can update together in real time or revisit later.
With a single canvas, the conversation stays in plain sight, context-switching vanishes, and everyone shares the same visual plan, so we get from idea to sign-off much faster.

Useful for mapping, whiteboarding, and collaborating with teams
What do you like best about the product?
My team leverages Miro to map out big-picture strategies like marketing flows, sales cycles, etc. It's easy to collaborate with team members in whiteboarding and brainstorming sessions—the sticky notes and timed sessions are helpful for facilitating this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX isn't so streamlined at times, and creative support is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead gen, sales enablement
Easy and fun to use
What do you like best about the product?
For me the fun tools for presentation and idea organisation help so much through both my personal life and my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually have nothing to complaint right now. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my team and I find gaps in our products and correct it in time. Also to administrate our team.
Great whiteboard to share online
What do you like best about the product?
Functions are better than Microsoft Whiteboard, and cheaper and easier to use than Microsoft Visio.
MIRO is very easy to use.
MIRO is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopefully cheaper in the future, but the pro and cons are fair
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for a global online whiteboard that I can get back to, an modify if needed.
Extremely useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its a time saving tool for me. I use it quite often. Help me to design the process map. I am using it as a brainstorming tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Its an amazing tool to work on. All is good however sometime it goes slow when multiple people log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me to brainstorm with the group of people and save it. Also, i can share the Miro board with other for there reference which is a cherry on the cake
Collaboration across timezones
What do you like best about the product?
The Talk-track feature has enabled us to share our thoughts on complex strategy conceptual boards across time zones. Taking the time to talk through your appreciations, sharing your visual language, allows for a personal connection to the material.
Also, allowing specific reactions to the timeline allows me to spot sections that convey a reaction and merit a highlight. The feature is easy to use and allows teams that may be distant to collaborate in a personal and understandable manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to apply a visual style from a brand guideline may be a bit restrictive and requires extra care with formatting and input from other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relating apparently distant elements in a visual canvas, that allows keeping items and moments in check.
Miro provides great flexibility and options to meet our needs
What do you like best about the product?
All the available templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see greater flexibility when it comes to permissioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped us with ideation, brainstorming, and wireframing.
Miro is a best in class visualization and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro stands above its competitors because of some unique features that it offers, particularly in the collaboration space. During working sessions, collaborators can easily add items and vote on their favorites. Facilitators have the ability to enable anonymous comments for some or all of the session, use timers with or without music, and choose from a wide variety of templates to create a board. All these features combined with intuitive design make Miro a great software product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inserting media like photos is not as intuitive, because I can't seem to just copy/paste a photo onto the board. Also compared to competitors, while Miro excels at collaboration and project management, its seems to lack in more technical diagramming features for developers and architects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working virtually is the biggest problem Miro solves. It replaces the need to have a whiteboard and even has more features. It helps me to align teams on a common goal, brain storm ideas, and put together a plan that can be saved for future reference.
It has been an awesome experience for several years
What do you like best about the product?
Using Miro has been an awesome experience!
Its flexibility enables your creativity, while the tens of templates available kickstart your boards with ease.
The user interface is fairly straightforward and intuitive for the common day-to-day activities.
I've been using Miro with my team every other week, and also in ad-hoc collaboration with other teams, supporting our company and our products' growth.
Miro keeps evolving and providing new features that you come to learn from time to time, or when you need something more specific. Chances are, whatever you need, it's already available in some way.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure Miro has a lot of features and templates that I don't know about. That's probably the one thing I struggle the most, because I don't know all its potential, and how can I take more advantage of this great product.
Another thing I find myself spending some time is looking for capabilities I don't use that often, and sometimes there are a few options that feel like their spread around, like adding images, avatars/emojis, tags.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting with a blank canvas that's shared across the team is a great starting point for any brainstorm.
It's very easy to add content to boards and to organize it however you want.
