Effortless Diagrams with Intuitive Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to work and build on Miro, and the ability to build from APIs and use AI is really helpful. I appreciate the ease of sharing with the guest options and the abundance of shapes and ways to import externals. The initial setup was also very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could have better AI assistance, as sometimes it does not draw all the shapes as requested. Maybe it could also help in prompting how to achieve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to keep architecture documented in visual form and share it with my teammates easily.

Effortless Collaboration and AI Boost with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be an incredibly easy-to-use and democratic tool. It's great for skilled or not skilled users alike, with a very low barrier to use, making it accessible to everyone. I love how Miro addresses collaboration issues, allowing insights to be gathered effectively even when stakeholders are not familiar with the platform. The Miro AI is a standout feature for me; it significantly speeds up my post-workshop tasks such as summarization and clusterization, which is very helpful and saves time. The ability to convert stickies into tables and vice versa is also very useful for my work. Additionally, the integration with Jira allows for an easy transformation of brainstorming into backlog work. I really like the possibility of using community-made templates, which helps accelerate my workflow. Overall, the initial setup of Miro for my team was very easy, and I would definitely rate it a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say using the AI to build templates is not that good. I tried generating workshop templates using AI a couple of times and I didn't have a good result.

Easy Process Mapping, But Free Plan Lacks Flexibility

Too restrictive with a free plan. I wish they would enable higher resolution downloads. The initial setup was a bit hard.

Effortless Brainstorming and Real-Time Collaboration with Handy Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use to be able to brainstorm ideas, and work out workflows and to document processes that can then be shared with others in my organization. I love the collaboration ability to allow multiple associates to be working along side me in the tool to document what they need at the same time I'm making changes. The tool integrations are also an added bonus. Having a dedicated app for the tool is fantastic because it allows me to keep it separate from my web browser so I don't have to remember which window my Miro boards are on. I can easily switch to the Miro app without fumbling through web browser instances. Also love that I can lock elements to prevent accidental edits or deletion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally have issues trying to move an object on the board and it moves everything or the wrong thing but typically thats becaue I was impatient and didn't ensure I have the correct element selected. I haven't come across any glaring issues that I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to put ideas into a space where I can share them with others on my team since my entire team is remote across the globe. They can make changes during their working day then I can make changes during mine. We can leave comments on the boards to help communicate thoughtas as well which helps with the time difference.

Flexible, Powerful Tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro's tooling capabilities. The flexible tooling, like widgets and custom representations, makes it very helpful for building or diagramming something. Miro's capabilities help put the mind map clear on a white paper and make it valuable for sharing visualizations with others in a clearer manner. It also allows me to collaborate with many people at the same time, which is especially useful for our discussions. The initial setup of Miro was very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro is quite a stable product now, but maybe some AI capabilities could be added. For example, in meetings, it could have AI enhancements to connect the pieces or provide artificial suggestions for alignments and better representation. Also, I find that Miro is missing the capability to export an image as a PNG and reimport it. Sharing work in offline mode is not possible with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating architectural diagrams and whiteboarding. It helps me clearly map out mind maps and share them in a clearer way. Miro also allows me to collaborate with multiple people during discussions.
Visual Mapping Made Easy with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to create workflows and prototypes, and it makes it easy for stakeholders to understand complex ideas through visual maps rather than documents. It's a breeze to use for system diagrams, business process diagrams, and flowcharts, giving me the flexibility to detail using sticky notes and other tools. I love the preselected set of templates in Miro, which almost addresses all the use cases I need. The collaboration feature is a game changer, allowing multiple people in the organization to work on a single board. It reduces turnaround times and is ideal for asynchronous work, removing the dependency on many meetings. The templates for Roadmap Planning and Tracking are particularly useful for keeping the business updated and everyone in the loop on what is planned, ongoing, or required. The onboarding was easy and buttery, making me quickly familiar with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for mermaid scripting, and suggesting improvements to boards to make them more easy to understand were things I would have loved to have. It would have made it amazing. Somewhere I also like the whimsical UI as it feels a bit easier to use over Miro sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating workflows and prototypes, simplifying stakeholder communication. It helps with rapid system mapping, presentations, and offers collaboration on a single board, reducing meeting dependency.
Universal Tool with Easy Sharing, Lacks Spreadsheet Options
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a universal tool to manage and develop my marketing ideas. I love its universal approach because I can make prototypes, boards, roadmaps, analysis, and other stuff. It's easy to use and easy to share, and the flexibility of formats opens new ways for me to collect and share knowledge with my team. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the service works fine and cool. I rate it 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spreadsheets and tables in Miro aren't good enough. They don't have enough options to format them. I can manage the font size and set up colors and the size of cells, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a universal tool to manage marketing ideas, keep information, and share it with teammates. It's easy to use and flexible, opening new ways to collect and share knowledge within my team.
