Visual Collaboration Hub Enhances Team Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to capture ideas visually and collaborate in real time, which makes teamwork more engaging and productive. Miro solves the problem of disconnected communication and unclear ideas by bringing everything into one visual space, allowing teams to think, plan, and decide together efficiently. What I like most about Miro is how it keeps everyone engaged and aligned visually, making collaboration feel natural instead of forced. I really enjoy how Miro adheres to different use cases, from quick idea dumps to structured planning, without needing to switch tools. It reduces confusion, speeds up decision-making, and helps teams stay focused, even when working on complex or fast-moving tasks together. The initial setup was smooth and intuitive, aligning the team to start quickly with minimal training or support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could be improved by offering better board cleanup tools and clearer version control. It would be great to have auto declutter tools for more boards and a stronger version history with easy rollback and comparison to manage changes more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to capture ideas visually, collaborate in real time, and engage the team. It solves disconnected communication and unclear ideas, bringing everything into one visual space for efficient teamwork.
Miro: The Best Shared Space for Complex, Cross-Functional Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the market leader for visual collaboration because it successfully balances deep technical integrations (for engineers/designers) with an intuitive interface (for business stakeholders), making it the best shared space for complex, cross functional projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Miro because the canvas is so infinite that I end up mapping out my ideas far more thoroughly than I ever intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro acts as your Single Source of Truth. You can bring all those disparate pieces (live data, designs, docs) onto one board. You stop wasting time hunting for links and start seeing how the whole project connects together.
Practicality with Miro, but could improve in automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality that Miro offers. I value tools like 'frame' and 'post-it', which I frequently use in my activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
extraction and automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve problems related to processes with automations, due to the visual ease it offers.
Intuitive, Feature-Rich, and Seamless Collaboration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro provides a clear and comprehensive way to collect and share ideas and thoughts while adding various adjustable modules and allowing sharing information and access with relevant team members for a given task. Miro's interface and intuitive approach, along with a wide variety of modules and functions (adjusted for specific projects), make it a tool of choice. In my team, we use Miro first and foremost for planning projects, elaborating on steps, or retrospectives as it allows tracking progress with useful trackers and collaboration on tasks, all in one place. The initial setup was a piece of cake, making it my preferred platform for the needed functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really encountered such a thing yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a clear way to collect and share ideas with adjustable modules. It tracks progress, provides an easy way to collaborate on tasks and projects as a team, and keeps everything in one place for planning and retros.
Super Easy to Use—Figma-Like Presentation & Recommendations Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use as a presentation and recommendations software. Worked very similar to figma, so was easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not see a "play" button to present as a presentation that could easily be full screen on each slide and the ability to toggle to each screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cart/Checkout Conversion Rate Optimization steps and recommendations with CRO audit
Versatile Platform for Effortless Cross-Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is a versatile platform which allows easy collaboration between various teams of various dsciplines
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had capabilities like measurement and scale related stuff to make it more applicable to architects and designers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together all the stakeholder to review items and also leave comments on it - The collaboration between various disciplines is something Miro solves the best. As an architecture firm we deal with the client and consultants and sub-consultants - it really helps in cordination and keeping track of each other's work and progress in high qaulity and not lag time
Intuitive Design with Swift Process Flow Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to design my process flows for different stages or functionalities as per my requirements. I find it really helps me draw process flows in a user-friendly UI, making it easy to improve things. I appreciate the arrows feature, which allows me to build either one-directional or bi-directional flows. Creating bi-directional flows is just a single click in Miro, which is much less effort compared to other tools. Additionally, Miro is much more UI friendly compared to Mermaid, which made me switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could be more responsive. A dark mode would be really helpful since it's loved by many these days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for designing process flows with a user-friendly UI, making it easy to improve and customize as needed. It simplifies creating bi-directional flows with just a click, saving effort and struggle.
Robust Collaboration, Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find group editing in Miro brilliant and the team collaboration works great for us. I appreciate the ready formats and shapes, which make my work easier. I like the customizable widgets and diagramming tools, as they help me create a working space that's tuned for my daily use. Integration with Jira and Confluence is smooth, enhancing our collaboration. Switching from Figma, I find collaboration in Miro more effective and easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, and the login process through email saves me from the hassle of managing passwords. If large team collaboration is essential, I'd rate Miro as a 9 or even 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables are not working correctly, and tools for scrum and Kanban are still too far from being really convenient. Adding new rows is sometimes a big problem as tables sometimes get stuck, and there is no way to scale anymore. Kanban boards and cards have no way to track the progress and evaluate the weight of the cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for process descriptions, graphics, charts, and wireframing. Group editing and team collaboration are excellent, and the ready formats and customizable widgets make it easy to create a personalized workspace.
Visualize and Collaborate Effortlessly, Despite UI Niggles
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a lot of easy ways to access logos for architecture diagrams and that the board is open spaced. It's not restrictive, meaning I can have multiple drafts going for a while, which means I don't have to commit to anything, making my speed in design creation much faster. The initial setup of Miro is quite easy to begin use, even though my team was already using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be a bit finicky. And not intuitive. Icons don't mean what you think they do. I can't think of any specific examples but things like selecting the entire board it's not very easy to tell. my team has run into issues of accidentally locking the board a few times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize my thoughts, makes design connections, and assists my team with agile ceremonies. It allows me to have multiple drafts without commitment, speeding up design creation.
Miro: Perfect for Diagrams, AI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro makes creating architectural diagrams for our software products easy and quick. The auto-completion of arrows when linking two items together is very well made and ensures consistency in the design. I also appreciate the availability of lots of AWS images, like S3 and EventBridge, which makes diagrams accurate. The ability to customize colors helps differentiate when the same services are used multiple times. While sticky notes don't greatly improve collaboration, they're useful as reminders when first looking at the diagrams to note any missing functionalities or pending adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI that Miro currently uses is bad, it has never generated good diagrams for me despite being as specific as I can be. It's often better to do the diagrams manually myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make architectural diagrams quickly and consistently. The auto-completion of arrows is well-made. It has lots of AWS images that make diagrams accurate. Sticky notes help as reminders for noting missing functionality or pending adjustments.
