Excellent for Visual Collaboration, But Tool Navigation Can Be Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate visually with colleagues on a daily basis. When we need to move from discussions to wireframes to design, Miro is the ideal place to ideate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it's difficult to find the tools I need from the menus. This is especially true when I'm looking for something simple (like an icon) and the time it takes to find it quickly becomes frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me sketch ideas in ways that are easily understood by colleagues and clients. I can quickly develop wireframes, diagrams, and user journeys to communicate my ideas.
Great for Collaboration and Brainstorming, but Needs Better ERD Conversion
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how it creates an in-person feel and makes sharing during Google Meetings so seamless. As someone who enjoys using sticky notes and mind mapping, I find the available templates for users and teams very helpful. The tool allows me to quickly sketch out designs, processes, and maps, and then easily turn them into actual documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the drawbacks of Miro is that converting items into an ERD still involves some manual steps. I wish it could more seamlessly turn my sticky note documents into a more streamlined process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quarterly planning - THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST TOOL FOR THIS especially for remote teams.

The fact that its so easy to use, the binds of movement could be optimized but that´s just me being picky

Not much, is a really cool software, as it has helped me channel and organize my thoughts as im currently in my first formal job

What I like best about Miro is how it makes collaboration so smooth and visual. It helps my team brainstorm, plan storyboards, and organize creative ideas easily. The real-time collaboration and flexibility of the board make it perfect for motion design projects, especially when we’re working on ideas for kids’ content.

I like how Miro makes teamwork so simple and visual. It’s super intuitive to use, and it really helps my team stay aligned when we’re brainstorming or planning motion projects. The real-time collaboration and the infinite canvas make it feel like we’re all working in the same room, even when we’re not.

Miro helps our team stay aligned and organized, especially when working remotely. It solves the problem of scattered ideas and endless feedback loops by giving us one shared space to brainstorm, plan, and review motion projects together. It saves us a lot of time and keeps everyone on the same page during the creative process.
Impeccable Collaboration and Reliability of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro for its ability to facilitate group work and the collaboration it offers, especially in distributed team environments. I believe that Miro greatly helps in the construction and organization of ideas together, enabling high productivity. Additionally, the guided experiences and templates have been very useful and make it much easier to use from the start. The constant improvements and the stability that Miro offers are also aspects that I really appreciate, and the confidence I have in the tool makes me strongly recommend it. I like how Miro has integrated well into my daily routine, allowing the use of resources like artificial intelligence to synthesize information, which I consider essential.

Miro solves the problem of collaboration in distributed environments, facilitating group work and the joint expression of ideas, increasing productivity and being essential for management, ideation, and exchange of experiences.
No More Post-Its All Over My Walls And Desk!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep me organized. I write for three publications and need to plan out interviews and stories month in advance, and used to have a wall of sticky notes. Now I simply click over to Miro which I leave open on a tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides for me. Sometimes zoom in and out is a little wonky, but it's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize everything I have to do at work. Nothing slips through the cracks now because every project or story I am working on is on Miro. I also love that I can link on the Post-Its, so it also lets me keep track of all the files pertaining to projects.
efficient tool to enhance the collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
help collaborative work among teams. helps writting down ideas in a more intuitive way. excellent for brainstorms. no need to install, just plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
if you want to use it like a canvas which you design it freely like using a pen, having some hardware devices are a must (like a drawing tablet). it is hard for older users to find Miro's funcionality in an intuitive way

mainly when we need to make a brainstorm and need a whiteboard in online meetings, or we want are doing it offline but want to keep the discussion in an online platform so its easy to share afterwards.

Helps me & my team keep on top of workflow, which can have multiple end clients in many countries with lots of different delivery dates ... while also helping to manage invoicing & cash flow.
