What do you like best about the product?
I am using it for project discussion with my team and it helps a lot to make a moodboard on our collection from our team thoughts. It is easy to use and allow us to drag and drop design elements on same board. It comes with powerful ready made templates with user friendly interface. I like the way we are easy to onboard on same board and helps to build better transparency on ongoing project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's free version is limited with basic features and that are easy to learn but paid plans has some complex features that has steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to get more transparency and enhance productivty in our team work. We can easily plan and discuss over the project with the execution on same board. It helps to convert our collaborative thought into visual presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro boards daily to organize ideas, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with my colleagues asynchronously. It’s a flexible and dynamic design tool that’s easy to use. Whatever you have in mind, you can bring it to life on a Miro board. The features are amazing, and the platform is constantly innovating—especially with the recent addition of AI capabilities. Miro has become an essential tool for me; I just love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I recommend that Miro continue innovating and improving their features as they currently do. One enhancement I would love to see is the addition of spreadsheet capabilities, allowing me to keep all my project documentation and analysis in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely requires collaborative and real-time tools that enable the team to work asynchronously and enhance our meetings and sessions with visual and structured support. Miro is perfect for this, making it easier to share ideas and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for collaboration and essential for product development and building software!

It enables us to do a better job at planning, slicing and just expressing our ideas through stickies and other UI elements.

Having a place where we can all contribute is specially important as we're working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took me awhile to get used to some of the UI elements like resizing, moving elements around but once you get used to it there's really no downside!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For remote, product oriented teams Miro enables true collaboration and saves us time.

It's great for ideation, and helps us build simple and effective software.

It's also pretty secure for organizations, having SSO implemented for example.

Miro is a must have for distributed communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like whiteboarding without being in the same room and without having to later digitize what you've done because it's already digital.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always more features that could be added, but there's nothing I currently dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a hybrid model and with distributed teams. Miro is great for ideating and collaborating in this environment where we can rarely get everyone into the same room together.

Great tool for workshop facilitation and gathering insights

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro integrates useful features for preparing and moderating workshops, from templates, to dot voting and timers with funky waiting music! It's also my go-to tool for gathering research insights and brainstorming. There are many various templates that are useful not only for project setup but also as an inspiration for designing processes.
Another thing that is worth noting is that they don't train their algorythms on your data if you use their AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small UX faults, e.g. when one person has an element selected and it's blocked from the whole team, or that names are always displayed in full above users' coursors and they sometimes cover what's behind on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Designer heavily focused on UX Research I often use Miro for journey mapping and gathering research insights from various sources and in different forms. It helps to visualise the bigger picture of a problem and it's easy to share with stakeholders, which often take it as inspiration source and also contribute with their own observations.

A never ending board full of templates

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great to work in many ways, it has a lot of flexibility and can be used in many different ways. For me is kind of a note book where I draw ideas and structure my thoughts in an easy way. It's very intuitive and easy to use and is great to work with colleagues in remote
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a big issue with the loading time, every time you open the app and try to transictionate from one Miro to another the loading time is too long, that get me on my nerves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT help me to set the strategy and roadmap for the company
I use it for retros, to organise thoughts, to work collaboratively and set things in commmon.

Excellent Tool for Enabling Quick-Turn Project Engagement and Visualization

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my go-to tool for orienting ideas and enabling team members around an idea or project. It's easy to use and implement, and the fact that I've never once had to reach out to customer support in over three years of use should say all you need to know. I use it daily across multiple internal and external projects. Team member setup for those unfamiliar with the platform is quick and intuitive, so they can feel empowered in the least amount of time possible. I even have a personal account that keeps me on track for all my home projects and ideas!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see deeper functionality to support UI/UX wireframing. While I have battled with Miro's design features to create prototypes that can sit alongside project ideation, it's clunky and somewhat more time-consuming than Figma or Adobe XD. Also, greater flexibility in creating charts (bar, gauge, bullet charts, etc.) and the ability to manipulate their colors to match other assets created would be another huge time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a convenient workspace with a low barrier to entry for sharing ideas and collaboration among team members.

Best way to organize thoughts, images, and ideas in a visual online work space.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is very user friendly, and is easy to maneuver. I used it as a digital board, so it's nice to be able to upload images and add text, notes, drawings, etc - all in one place. It's like being able to make a powerpoint and mood board all in one. I use it every day for my job, and was able to acclomate quickly into using it. It's super easy to mix in lots of categories and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure how much this can be controlled, but due to having so many boards open at a time, it causes delay in opening up other boards to work on. Sometimes the screens go grey and we have to close the app as a whole, likely due to too much going on. That can be annoying - but for the most part it works fast. There are just some processing delays which is understandable when we do a lot of work in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps the solve the issues of multiple ideas being done at one time. As I work in the fashion industry, we are constantly working on more than one season at a time, so Miro helps visually keep us in line for what is needed for each season. It also helps reduce physical boards, as we can make digital ones.

Seemless, easy, fun & offers the necessary level of complexity

  • September 19, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro, it's both: a creative and a structured place for me.
No matter the objective, it's my Canvas with practically no limitations.
I also like the minimalism of the left bar, so that it doesn't get in the way while I'm "creating" something.
The cross-team collaboration is also very convenient, including the live location of a User.
Not to mention, the templates that are already available save a lot of time on logic and design.
I have never contacted Customer Support as it was never a necessity.
There are times when I use it daily and times when I don't use it all. It all depends on the projects I am assigned, and usually, I have to build the logic and I need a clean space to arrange everything in my head, because I am a Product Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm reviewing it as a Corporate account User and have encountered only session problems so far.
It covers everything I need at the moment.
I guess ordinary Users don't have so many available free features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the "clean & structured space" necessity. Considering that I have OCD, the grid is also helping me a lot :)
Also, I can have access to it no matter the gadget, as far as I remember the login and password.
