What do you like best about the product?
it has best remote collaboration, visual collaboration, flexibility, real time updates, cross functional collaboration and easy to use. Its easy to implementation functionality helps us to collaborate in real-time, regardless of their physical location. Team members can work together on a shared canvas, making it easier to collaborate on projects and share ideas. Teams can use digital whiteboards to brainstorm, organize ideas, and create diagrams. This visual approach helps in conveying complex information more effectively than text-based communication. we use it in all our scrum meetings. It can be easily integrated as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only demerit i see is the limitation to offline use as certain features may be limited without an internet connection. And a stable internet connection is crucial for real-time collaboration. Users in areas with unreliable or slow internet connections may experience difficulties.

One of the best visual collaboration tools
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has many features that help teams work in a collaborative environment. The features I like the most are the whiteboard facility and 3rd party integrations.
The whiteboard feature helps in collaborative input from individuals across the team in real-time. Various team members can use the board simultaneously to contribute their insights and visualise their concepts more efficiently. This tool is very useful for activities like brainstorming and discussions.
The 3rd party integration option allows us to link our Miro workspace with other platforms such as Atlassian, Slack etc... Since most teams use multiple platforms to complete their work, these integrations helps in the seamless transfer of data from Miro to other platforms.
Miro also has features like versioning, which allows us to access multiple versions of our whiteboard for review and restore purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside i felt about Miro is its performance on low speed internet connections. devices with low bandwidth network connectivity sometimes experiences issues for real time data fetching. This affects the updates and results in data inconsistency. Also the pricing for premium plans felt a bit high, but its negligible since Miro has many features to offer for premium users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowa days, remote works are becoming more and more popular, which increases the need for effective collaboration for communication and brainstorming. Miro helps users to get this done in much efficient way. Miro helped me participate in collaborative sessions easily and express my ideas to the team effectively.
Virtual collaboration is faster and effective

Remote and easy virtual collaboration is making Miro as our first choice for team discussion platform. Quick to implement and to configure the whiteboard with our meeting objective. Integration with Microsoft Team helps to saved the discussion for future refference.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and collaborative whiteboard by Miro is very useful for our team that consist of offsite user and remote user. We now able to make discussion virtually.
Create collaborative ideas to share with employees.
What do you like best about the product?
The mind maps presented in Miro are of great quality and very informative, the drag and drop tools are very outstanding, it can be configured for multiple languages, the use and installation had no major novelty is easy to implement and use, the software is very collaborative, you can add notes and comments, the task manager is another option that I like Miro is very complete, you can schedule tasks and anchor them, it is very customizable with a striking interface very nice for users who use it. The survey section is another attractive product of Miro, you can know the opinion of customers by displaying mind maps, multiple calendar functions for a defined organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very poor in performing analysis and reporting, the screen sharing option sometimes gets stuck, the mobile application needs more complementary updates. Integrate with video conferencing software such as Zoom needs good connection, integration with Jira services needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a collaborative screen to share ideas with all our team and customers, the option to create mind maps and expand our designs is very useful to publicize new projects we are developing, thanks to surveys and video conferences we can know the opinion of all customers and in fact is a good option for creating working groups and development of remote problems. We have also been implementing the service for training, and giving qualifications to future employees of our organization, in fact, we have already made several hires using Miro.
Simple, User Friendly, and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and user-friendly the platform is to use. I created an account in order to create workflow charts to share with my team. The free version has been enough to quickly create the graphics I need to simplify how I communicate our processes to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image export on the free version is very low resolution and can be a little bit confusing with regards to the "area" which is being exported to an image. I get that this is a premium feature which helps the platform make money, but it'd be nice to be able to at least export a higher resolution image even if the image types were limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has been making a concerted effort to document our processes and procedures as we grow. MIRO has helped me create a visual workflow and map that is much easier for our team to follow to understand roles, responsibilities, and steps in a process. The time it takes to explain a concept to a team member - especially one outside our department - is exponentially faster than if we were only utilizing written explanations. It's also a lot faster for me to create the charts than it is to develop something totally custom in a program like Adobe Illustrator, for example.
Collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly interface and the idea of being able to follow the view of another participant making collaboration easy.
Incase you choose to upgrade to starter, you will get unlimited boards within your single workspace with plenty of useful features like vedio chats and more control over who can see or share your work.
It has a user experience design which is easy to use and easy to teach making collaboration easier as we are able to move towards the same direction without leaving anyone behind without understanding.

It stands as the next best thing to face-to-face interaction, enhancing the collaborative experience.
