Essential Tool for Product/Agile team
What do you like best about the product?
As a software engineering manager, Miro has become an essential tool for my team. Its intuitive and multifaceated platform has significantly enhanced productivity and made remote working lot easier
We use it in every step of SDLC (Brainstorming, Planning, Retro, Architectural deisgns, workshops).
Miro's integration with 3rd party tools like JIRA, AWS cloud view , Draw.io has made it our one stop shop for all activites. We use a plugin called planning poker to even use miro for sizing the work and then on the same screen use Jira integrion to update the story points.
The wide variety of tempaltes made available on the miroverse have made our retrospectives lot more fun and thought inducing and so have the brainstorming sessions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, miro boards with a lot of conten (especially architectural designs) could take a lot of time to load and can be at times frustrating
Somone of integrations (especially planning poker) dont load up at all some times and we need to referesh the page to get the access back

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboaration in largely remote world.
Reduces the number of tools my teams need to funcition and brings together all the necessary planning and design tools in a single place
Makes it easier to explain complex ideas and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Best Collaboration Software for anything
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is super performant. I can have a huge board with different sections--everything loads well and collaborative sessions go smoothely because you can see everyone participating in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the Jira card integration, but I wish I could easily link all sub-issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It breaks the boundaries of different document types by allowing super free creation with many different elements that can be super-customized to team needs. It helps our team stay aligned, and easily reference various kinds of information
A Product Manager’s Perspective on Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Miro every working day for at least 5 years as a Product Manager, and it’s the one tool I can’t live without. It’s the only product I make sure to get updates for, and I regularly attend product webinars to stay informed about all the available features and make the most of the platform. I appreciate how visual it is and how easily it allows me to explain complex concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure if Miro plans to expand into this space, but as a Product Manager, I often work with longer-form texts and documentation that are directly connected to the visuals on the boards. It would be fantastic to have everything in one place, instead of relying on separate tools like Miro + Confluence or Miro + Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how visual it is and how easily it helps me explain complex concepts. It’s perfect for ensuring everyone is aligned and on the same page.

Ruckeln und Aussetzern bei zu überladenen Boards. Die Ergebnisse bei der Nutzung der "Tools, Media and Integrations search bar" könnten besser sein.

Kollaborative Zusammenarbeit mit Projektpartnern deutschlandweit. Durch Miro können wir dies ermöglichen und Workshops gestalten und durchführen.

MIRO provides many templates and tools to enrich our whiteboards which is really helpfull to be efficient
The User Experience is also very good (ease to manipulate the objects) which is critical when using a tool a lot and when you need to do keep the dynamic during a workshop.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of managing the access right and optimizing the cost (even if the documentation talks about that, it's not easy for small companies to find the right balance). Use case with non-regular usage with many people is difficult to address, either you embrace fully the tool or not.

It's easy to access and share with others internally and externally. It's a great collaboration tool with lots of functions offered.

It's very slow to load when there are too many frames and information on the board. It also doesn't work if you're offline.

That everyone can work on it at the same time.This allows many people to edit and add to an idea session or document simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is awesome for working together visually with my team. It's packed with great templates and tools that make brainstorming super easy. I love how quickly new team members can jump in and start using it - it's perfect for mapping out ideas and project timelines. Instead of boring old text documents, we can use all these cool icons and images to organize our thoughts. Plus, it fits right into our daily work without any hassle. It's really become an essential tool for how our team works together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to FigJam, Miro's not as smooth when it comes to connecting sticky notes and drawing arrows between ideas. This can be a bit frustrating when I'm trying to quickly map out my thoughts. The tools work okay, but they could be more user-friendly and faster to use, especially when I'm in the flow of brainstorming.

Miro solves our biggest team challenges by making remote collaboration feel natural and engaging. It turns our complex ideas into simple visual maps, which beats reading through endless text documents. Whether we're planning projects, brainstorming ideas, or tracking timelines, everyone can see and contribute to the big picture. The templates and tools make it super easy to organize thoughts and connect ideas, while new team members can jump right in without much training. It just fits perfectly into how we work, making our whole team more effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to set line type to a style I prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down the number of meetings required to work on projects and is fostering more ideas and input from all team members.
Wonderful tool to map out boards and flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform is excellent. It’s very simple and user-friendly, making it easy to create even complex and long projects without hassle. Aesthetically, it’s also very appealing—clean, modern, and intuitive, which makes the overall experience enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I we are in exploring phase of the platform, it's been a great tool. Very happy so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly customer journey mapping. Thanks to Miro, we were able to finally map out the entire customer journey and identify all the touchpoints we use to interact with clients. This has greatly improved our understanding of the customer experience and helped streamline our processes.
