Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Since my first experience, Miro is the go to platform for mind maps, creative and collaborative canvas. Also, Miroverse is perfect for inspiration and remixing.

By far the best online whiteboarding/facilitation platform I have tried

- I have never encountered a technical issue with people being able to access
- Better single-sign-on IT integration for enterprise organizations
- Large library of templates and more robust features for creation and participation
- Passes rigorous security standards for Finance, Medical, and government for one of the largest and most pretigious consulting companies in the world

What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as intuitive for new users as competitor Mural, although Miro is still nonetheless quite intuitive

For anyone considering Miro, I would absolutely and highly recommend that you choose the platform – there is simply nothing comparable
Essential for Collaboration whilst Home Working
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share visuals in real-time to ideate and discuss concepts and processes. Running a UX department we are naturally at our best in front of a whiteboard. Being forced to work from home meant finding new ways to make this work as naturally as possible. Miro provided this for us and will continue to be part of our tooling when we move to hybrid working. The mind map tool is particularly effective for planning and note-taking at speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with design tools would help with the ingestion and sharing of graphics would improve the ease of use for our team. The improved wireframing tools are good, but there could be a lot of further improvements to this so we can use this for live wireframing sessions with Product Managers and Development Leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management and governance of boards on the team plan has been an issue which may require an upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features I haven't yet figured out but what I have used is fab.
The fact I can set up really flexible fun boards is great as people can contribute when they want to.
Also the upload tool is fab too!

The security/permissioins settings are a little confusing
It would be good to have templates, so I have a few boards that I want people to copy and use but keep the oringinal there but I cannot see a feature to make these read only?
It does take a while to load.

It's intuitive and easy to use—great freedom of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty expensive, and especially for larger teams, costs will add up quickly.

It is crucial to have tools that support remote work. Miro is precisely that, a whiteboard that can be utilized in endless ways and does not require extensive training.

I'm not sure I can mention any at this point. It's all very simple to use honestly.

A simple service for creating business diagrams, prototypes, discussing ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
The service is straightforward to use. I like the unlimited board space. Easy to copy, transfer pictures, documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no tariffs for using the service only for personal purposes, without sharing with other people. Too expensive tariffs for Russia. Add one more tariff for personal use with a democratic price.

I describe business processes, create mood boards, website prototypes. Discussing ideas with the team.

Spend a little time to try the service, to understand for what purposes it is functional.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept and simplicity of the platform - the ability to collaborate live aided by the visual online boards, the endless choice of templates, and ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are no downsides to the platform.

As a marketing team, we can collaborate at super speed, notate ideas, plan and vote, share documents centrally - it is making teamwork more fun, engaging, and productive!!

I think the platform speaks for itself. If you need to collaborate with colleagues, you need Miro.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is intuitive and fun to use. It contains a lot of features and especially the integration of for example Unsplash is great when working with clients in webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no server-hosting in the EU available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collaborate with clients during workshops and webinars. Additional ways of collaboration effortlessly and visually are beneficial.
