SImple and Intuitive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps me to visualize things with a lot of creative templates. It's easy to use and intuitive. It's also very clean, for someone who isn't a pro at visualizations, it doesn't overwhelm me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, it's clean and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to creatively illustrate data in a way that can be consumed quickly and easily by others.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use it is and how easily I can share it with others. I like how endless the board seems as well so it's not limited to a specific size limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take too long to load into a board or has issues loading into a board which makes me not want to wait for it. Especially when I get stuck in a waiting loop where it says wait a certain amount of time and then resets the time rather than loading into the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me put down all of my ideas and easily organize them.

What do you like best about the product?
The wireframing is intuitive and was extremely helpful for me when I was planning how I can improve and visual better workflow for my business.

the account and pricing details are a little off-putting

Miro is a great, easy to learn, collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to pick up as well as how all changes or edits are in real time when colloboratinig with others. Its great that I can see what others are working on in real time and allows us to make quick changes. It was very easy to implement as well and its a tool I use daily. It also integrates with other apps well such as notion or clickup
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the shapes would be more robust or allow imports of shapes from other sites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us to have clean organized process maps, documentation, and wireframes. It has a wide variety of uses that can be used by many different departments
Smooth and Confortable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that miro is easy to use, has many templates from the community, is quite friendly for touch screen users, and is pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way you organize the work teams, sometimes I want to have a personal space to draw but I have to create a team.
sometimes it is very oversaturating the amount of information that there is. i also don't like that the UML tools are paid.

Miro has helped me a lot in project planning. It has helped me brainstorm and organize ideas. I have even made presentations with Miro

many template to use. It is really helpful for my project.

uh some templates is not familiar with me.

It is really clear and easy for me to use.

The UI is great to work with. So easy and clean!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. Just little things, like I wish there were more shapes available that weren't stuck behind paywalls. Oh and fonts. Maybe this is possible and I just haven't found it yet, but I wish I could use custom fonts so that the concepts and things I build in Miro can align with my company's branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can build extremely detailed page and layout concepts for our software developers without having to leverage expensive tools like Photoshop & Illustrator.
Excelent way to team work and share

All the ready to use templates and the user experience. Really easy to share your job

The cost structure specially when you are a freelance consultant

I am a freelance consultant and Miro help me to put together customer insights and my professional recomendations
Robust, but a little resource hungry

A robust suite of tools for architecture diagramming and documentation
I can't imagine working without Miro
What do you like best about the product?
It's so flexible with templates that help me to describe work flows using flow diagrams or work flows, I can use it for SWOT analysis, and in the Scrum retrospectives ceremonies among many other templates.
Using the SSO of the company I don't have to worry about privacy issues, the information is safely stored.

Why I didn't have it 10 years ago? my life would have been so much easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize a full SAFe TRAIN, and also my Scrum Team so we know we are heading and address the issues that we are facing.
