Miro: Key Tool for Organization and Teamwork

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro to organize information with mind map structures and its great dashboard that allows me to divide and manage projects easily. The ease of teamwork and the ability to keep a lot of information in one place are invaluable to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Miro to have more features specifically designed for benchmarking web pages and the inclusion of user flows or other tools that help in this aspect. However, I recognize that this need may be more related to my particular use of the tool than to a general lack in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize information, take notes for the team, and plan workflows, especially for marketing. It allows me to create mind maps and visualize projects, facilitating collaboration and centralizing information in one place.

Effortless Demo Creation with a User-Friendly Interface

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface and very quick to build demonstrations or concepts without "boundaries" of the PPT frame and not a learning curve like most Adobe tools and Figma, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations of course, which is part of the deal. These are very particular little enhancements like "shadows" and other things missing, that could easily be added, not complicating the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps present concepts, user journey flows of many types

Great for Fast, Collaborative Idea Sharing, but Needs More Visual and Presentation Options

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and quickness of adding ideas into a visual space, the ability to communicate ideas to a group, the collaborative nature of generating/organising ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions in objects, limitations in visual control, sometimes would like more ‘presentation’ tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software excels at presenting concepts, representing and collecting ideas, as well as analyzing and organizing them. I appreciate how it streamlines the process from idea gathering to sorting and analysis.

Great for Real-Time Team Collaboration, but Free Tier Is Limited

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how it allows me and my team to collaborate in real time. It's really helpful for brainstorming, planning, and organizing ideas together, no matter where everyone is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is the limitations of the free tier, although I completely understand why they exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro adapts well to our company’s needs and is very versatile. It helps different teams—tech, product, marketing—collaborate effectively. It’s also intuitive to use, which makes organizing ideas and planning projects much easier and faster.

Great Visuals and Collaboration, but Needs More Agile Content

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual qualities that connect teams and goals. I also love the shared platform "Miroverse" so that I can use others' work and customize it for my needs. In addition, I really appreciate how this setup supports structured sprint planning in a way that keeps everyone aligned. Our team successfully decomposes work and avoids overcommitting, while still giving space for iterative refinement.

The use of Miro boards for sprint planning and mid-sprint reviews is especially effective. They provide transparency across the team and make collaboration more interactive—sticky notes, swimlanes, and color labels bring clarity to complex discussions. It's also easy to trace decisions and their owners visually, whether we’re running backlog refinement, defining acceptance criteria, or planning demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more Agile oriented content pre-loaded. I suggest building a stronger connection between the Miro plan and the execution layer in Jira—sometimes tasks get lost in translation unless we define a standard flow for converting board ideas into sprint-ready stories. A simple template per slice, standardized DoR/DoD tags, and a variety of templates or frames could make this process even more scalable as the team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solves the problem of our distributed team. We can view and edit documents together, building our team spirit and creating agreements.
