Project Management and Biz Ops
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's ease of use and ease of implementation (as a cloud-based product) translates to heavier frequency of use. Tools in Miro are mostly intuitive - though some help/assistance is necessary when attempting to use the deeper functinalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas of challenges for me is mostly due to my lack of daily use, and therefore I seek advise/assistance from my designer counterparts that use Miro extensively. Once explained - they make sense and I appreciate the thought behind the feature. That said, I should not express anything as a "dislike" if it is a knowledge issue on my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is extensively being used in helping us iterate with Roadmaping exercises, in iterating on design approaches and in Discovery phase of product development cycle. I use Miro also when conducting Sprint Retrospectives with my team and cross-functional teams located outside of the United States.
Faster and Efficient decision making and project planning
What do you like best about the product?
Businesses often lack process mapping. With MIRO, we have been able to present and make our meetings much more interactive. When we are formulating our problem statement, it is simple to focus on where we have gaps in customer support and how we can implement something more straightforward. I use the MIRO board to explain ideas on a weekly basis, and we also integrate it into our minutes of meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to copy and paste the process as it is, either in Word or PowerPoint. Perhaps I do not know how to use it properly, but when I do that, I only paste words, not boxes and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We easily map the customer journey, describe the steps, the ideas and also I benefit from the clarity. It acts as a nice board to get every one involved.

Great software for building Product Flows and Process Flows
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for more than a year for multiple purposes, such as making communications flows for the entire journey of the customer or user on the app as well as over the rest of the funnel.
I also use Miro everyday to build Product flows for our app and suggest comments and changes to flows built by other team members. I becomes easy to share and access long boards seamlessly with Miro and also do Whiteboarding during meetings. There is another good option of viewing the mouse pointers of other team members as they hover over the Miro board, which helps to point out specific things in a big meeting. The customer support team of Miro is fairly responsive in handling any bug and for troubleshooting.
We have implemented Miro across the entire organisation as well as integrated it with our internal dashboards and meeting softwares for quick sharing and whiteboarding.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to tag people within the flow boxes and the absence of variety of shapes are two primary problems with Miro.
To tag people who are blockers/ bottlenecks or critical points in the flow or whose involvement is required t that stage of the flow, a separate comment box has to be added, which creates confusion.
Also, only a few shapes are there like diamond, box, rounded box etc, but often a lot of different shapes are required for use, which are not available on Miro.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves as kind of a thought-sharing dashboard across our multiple cross-functional teams and is a single-point of mind-mapping for the entire enterprise. We tend to put every new idea, process-thought, flow-thought on Miro and share across the enterprise or across specific teams and users.
