Great Use for Marketing Collaboration and Strategy Building
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become an essential tool in my marketing workflow, transforming the way I plan, strategize, and collaborate with teams. As a marketer juggling multiple campaigns, audience segments, and creative assets, having a visual workspace has been a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is excellent for brainstorming and strategic planning but it isn’t a full-fledged project management tool. If you need detailed task tracking, deadlines, and assignments, you’ll need to integrate it with another platform like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to visually map out marketing campaigns (from social media strategies to email workflows) ensures that nothing gets overlooked. I can easily create timelines, funnels, and boards to track campaign progress and ensure alignment across teams.
Miro is a must-have for any startup
What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, we've found Miro to be an indispensable tool. It has helped us clarify and organize so many things, from business and product roadmaps to interviews, designs, and architectures. The ability to collaborate in real-time with our team, regardless of location, has been a game-changer. We've also been impressed with Miro's versatility. We've used it for brainstorming sessions, customer journey mapping, and even creating interactive presentations. The possibilities seem endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile Experience: The mobile app, while functional, is not as intuitive or feature-rich as the desktop version. This can be limiting for our team members who are often on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual Organization: Miro's infinite canvas allows us to visualize and organize our thoughts, ideas, and plans in a flexible and engaging way. We use it to create product roadmaps, user journey maps, and much more, which helps us see the bigger picture and identify connections between different elements.
Miro transformed my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has changed my work for the better. There is no other tool on the market that works as well for visual thinkers like me. The interface is intuitive, and the advanced features have made my workflow much more efficient in professional and academic projects, and I've recently started using it in my personal life for setting goals, planning trips, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the limitation of projects is a downside for me because I'm currently using the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a visual thinker, Miro provides an intuitive platform for organizing ideas and projects visually. There is no other tool that caters so well to this need. Also, Miro is incredibly versatile and efficient for my workflow.
Great tool for remote collaboration and communication
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and flexible interaction between multiple people remotely. Great for collaborative planning, lean coffee discussions, and long-running living documents maintained by multiple people, and sometimes multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of useful features, but sometimes it can be hard to remember where in the menus they are accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro copes with a large number of users, and documents can grow to any size. I haven't seen it struggle with large numbers of people, or very large documents.
It's a great tool for remote working, but we also find ourselves using it in in-person meetings as well, because it's so useable, and it means the output of the meeting is available afterwards.
We use it for planning and diagramming, lean coffee discussions, and living documents.

I like Miro always help me with Diagram.
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, to share with the people that need to have the access
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the limitation for free users. Could give us more free diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping a lot with diagrams.
Great app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features added in the app as well as the option for collaboration, so I use it regularly
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of free plan because you can only edit 3 boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way of sharing ideas and drawings, etc.
First of its kind collab space for common sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Real time collab. Familiar elements like sticky notes. Ability to draw real time. Able to invite people to see your work. Able tomove things around. Ability to add text and objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mouse commands are unpredictable. The center mouse button behaves contextually in strange ways. The ability to drop images in is hard to scale. The font sizes are meaningless and has no relevance to paper documents. The actual storage and deletion of boards is a mystery. The free plan evaporates when you try to experiment with deleting boards and trying again. Cut and paste is not intuitive to WIndows users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on a white board. Helps reduce the effort of inviting people without whiteboard skills.
Perfect tool for a Product Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Really great to use for basic wireframing and Product roadmap planning. Really easy for others to collaborate, comment, etc. -- if you're a visual PM, you need this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found significant limitations to what I can do yet... guess I'll need to work harder to find one!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Journey Mapping, Diagramming, Mind Mapping, Visual Collaboration, Wireframing
A great way to collaborate and co-produce work!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro on a daily basis, as I create project plans, mood boards as well as deliver collaborative workshops through it. The freedom it gives me as a creative facilitator to bring creativity into the digital space is amazing and I also love how collaborative and intuitive it is. It is easily explained to people, even those who may not have a lot of experience of digital tools. It's also easily integrated into your workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is really high unfortunately, for charities it's a really invaluable tool but too expensive unfortunately. I actually don't have anything bad to say about it apart from the cost! I find the post-its slightly annoying sometimes, I wish there was a keyboard control for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital engagement is an important part of my work and Miro allows the freedom to create engaging sessions that are visual and interactive.
