Review for Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration with others allows me to be more interactive and engaging with the people I work with, especially for a remote job. The best part is that multiple people can work on the whiteboard at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's good to use on laptops, but while rare if I need to use it on my phone, it's quite hard to use. Also, learning the process of how miro works is not beginner-friendly friendly in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really good for online collaboration for visual thinking, mapping, and strategic planning. Helps remote and hybrid workers like me to work seamlessly without any misunderstandings.
Must have for today's Project Managers
What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome for collaborative work. It really replaced the physical boards from the most of the offices. As a project manager you can give a login to a single department and can get statuses from collectively. The real-time updation of the boards is quite impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving the tags create issues. Moving tags with texts create chaos if a team of people updating simultaneously. Prioritising of tasks bit difficult here. If the board has a large data in it then many users face lag issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best way to present all the collection of work from conception to design to project management in a signgle board. Get to the conference and connect to the Miro board and it's done. Everyone can present their submissions right away. No need to logout and login for the users.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It's an additionl platform outside of Microsoft Suite, but that's the case with any specialized tool
- There's a bug that eventually causes the scroll wheel to not control zoom settings anymore, have to refresh every time to fix it. But thankfully it does not happen every day.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to conduct a "Brain Dump" digitally and share it with international peers so they can collaborate live is really cool and useful. This eliminates the need to do this exercise in Powerpoint or send static pictures you took on your phone of your on-site whiteboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
If using the app version and a board wasn't created by us, there is no easy share option
Text fields are not easily resizable and when resizing a text field, it resizes the text as well
If a board has a lot of content, there can be performance issues and it can take a while to load or move around the board

Efficient business tool for workshops and strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides a really great selection of templates to choose from when using the tool, which really helped me in running three brand strategy workshops using Miro. The interactive features and different ways you can present things - like the timer that everyone can see, countdown music, post it notes etc. makes it far more engaging than PowerPoint in a group setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggled a bit with how to move things around, and it can take a while for using it to become intuitive, but it is well set up all the same. I also struggled a bit with introducing my non-tech native colleagues to the concept of using it over PPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Miro for some brand strategy and team communications workshops - it was great for coming together in a format that is more interactive than PowerPoint, and the freedom that the boards give you is really useful.
Get things done with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for pretty much all my user research work activities, from planning to running tests and more recently for presenting research findings to stakeholders. I love the capabilities and ease of being able to collaborate with others via the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not being able to allow people with less than a full licence to do more on the boards (other than comment) but this is a restriction of the license and not of the functionality which I love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback from stakeholders remotely. Working collaboratively with colleagues. Carrying out co-design workshops. All of these things are able to be carried out much more quickly and are better documented by using Miro.
