What do you like best about the product?
this is a super app for anyone who wants to do anything anytime, so robust and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit slow at times when it is switched between windows

Mindmap, brainstorming, collab with other people, making charts and diagrams, flow charts
A great B2B platform with a great suite of features!
What do you like best about the product?
For my team doing the project roadmap in miro has been eccensial. The project also requires a large number of branching dialogues so Miro has been very helpful in making sure this is visual and easy to follow for members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be slow to load when there is complex boards. Some members of the team have issues when things get too complex. However this has been a minor issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us we had a major issue in having the team having a shared vision. Miro's board helped alot in bringing us together towards that shared vision and allowing us to easilly collaborate as a team.
Whiteboard, Diagram and more - Collaboration easy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great collaboration tool with a great UX and a lot of functionality. Easy to set up (running completely in web browser) and integrate our daily tasks. If you want, you can run a complete project in Miro from the first canvas to the final documentation. It comes with several useful frameworks and templates. I use it most for designing diagrams and for visualisation of processes. If you want and need you and use a great set of templates that can be used i.e. very useful tech diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One smaller issue (but not so important in these days) is that the printing functionality / export into pdf does sometimes not work as expected. Especially with large diagrams I face some formating issues. But as we print 1 time a year, I don´t mind. Another point is that when you create a board with many pictures it needs a bit more memory and slows down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main use case of Miro in my organisation is a visualisation of processes and the creation of diagrams. Either alone or in teams, we love sharing and working together with Miro. It really saves time and the collaboration mode is great. Miro supports the company in remote work. We even use it when we are all physically in a room as a whiteboard. Another great functionality is that it helps to be organised in projects. The search function is something that I use quite often when I search for a specific document/process.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Miro, our remote teams can work very efficiently at any time. It also has an excellent and easy to use online whiteboard. and it has an amazing ability to work well with other products so that the user feels comfortable using its features and interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now I think the subscription seems a bit expensive, and mobile optimization for better editing would be great. Also Copy and paste is also a bit slow at times. but particularly I am satisfied with the whole tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro I can easily collaborate with my team members, plus I don't have to worry about additional distractions. I can submit videos and other media to the board to provide ideas or a reference tool that takes advantage of the capabilities of the Internet.

What do you like best about the product?
Fun workshop tool to use with our team. Brings out our creativity and allows us to "make a mess" with thoughts while brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our boards can get chaotic and it's hard to find what you're looking for.

We love using it to workshop together in a remote environment. It's helped us work together as a team to get things done!
Miro, a collaboration tool that's always open on my computer!
What do you like best about the product?
For collaboration between several teams, Miro is the perfect software for workshops, roadmaps, mockups or even for creating boards to clarify ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've done a lot of mockup presentations with this tool, and the only thing I miss is setting the software to dark mode.

Miro lets me present my ideas clearly to other teams.
Best tool for brainstorming

The shared infinate desktop is great for teams meetings

It doesn't make coffee! Other then that I don't miss anything.

Great tool for collaboration in the new hybrid world

I like the infinite canvas and the variety of templates that facilitate collaboration

I can be a little heavy on the browser resources

It allows people across the country and globe to collaborate on critical ideas. We have geo-distributed teams and Miro really helps to facilitate deeper collaboration.
Excellent tool to collaborate with people who are not inside the company
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows easy design of user journeys when needed and function simulations. Plus, it makes it easy to sketch ideas, map information into diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Miro, I've never seen features like this platform in any other tool, I just have to say that I loved being a Miro user.

Miro enables the team to quickly and easily create wireframe schematics and low fidelity concept designs.

Simple & easy to use, regularly updated and improved and has many powerful diagramming tools

Depending on organisation security rules it can be challenging to get people access to the tool
