Flowing with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for creating flowcharts, whether you choose to start with a ready-made template or build one from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any particular dislikes about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our case, the ease of creating flowcharts in Miro allows us to design them much faster, streamlining the entire process.
This software makes it easy for me to plan projects, as well as collaborate with my teammates.
What do you like best about the product?
"Free board" aspect. No constraints as to where text, images or notes can be placed. The ability to have shared boards, to see when your team have accessed as well as where on the board they are currently working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often it will crash, but this could be down to a drop in internet signal on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual clarity can be an issue when working on large projects. The work from home lifestyle prevents the old way of collaborative working on large sheets of paper. Miro gives a digital option for this.
Miro is wonderfull software, we use it everyday!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a really good software to create boards, interact with the team, organize information, create presentatios etc. In our team we use miro everyday as an essential tool to organize our work, to create visual presentations and control boards.
Also I felt really glad that Miro customer support team came to me to get to know what I think that could be done to improve the work on the software, this is the first time a software support team reaches me for this kind of true opinion.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can remember is that when you copy as image 2 images, they come together when you paste it, while in my opinion the pictures should paste as separate images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I work in a fashion brand, miro helps me to create visual boards with my products, prices, stage of approval, etc. This helps me to control the process and also show to other ppl how the season steps are going, as designers are much more interested in visual things rather than a sheet for example.
Practical and quick, great for brainstorming and organizing new projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I believe its "infinite" nature, the ability to create frames and presentations quickly and easily, along with the ease of interacting with others—everyone can see what I’m drawing—are great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks more efficient drawing tools, like pens that allow creating more complex shapes. Not being able to copy and paste images from one board to another is also a downside. Sometimes, I want to share only a part of the board, not the entire thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of data visualization and the ability to draw over images to develop project ideas.
Miro has greatly helped me to visualize my ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is its limitless space and the freedom it offers to outline almost anything you can imagine. As an introvert, I sometimes find it challenging to communicate my thoughts clearly to others. But thanks to Miro, that’s no longer an issue. It allows me to effortlessly visualize my ideas, map out my thought processes, and even prototype my app concepts. Miro truly feels like an extension of my creative mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely enjoy using Miro and don't have any major complaints about it. While occasional bugs can pop up, they’re typically resolved with updates, so it’s not a big issue. The only aspect that can be a bit frustrating is the way text color changes sometimes behave unpredictably—it could use some refinement for a smoother experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been a game-changer for bringing my ideas to life. It not only helps me visualize concepts effectively but also makes presenting them to clients or team members seamless and engaging. From mapping out complex processes to designing intuitive wireframes for my apps, Miro is my go-to tool for turning ideas into actionable plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start, simplicity when you need it, but also the possibility to create more complicated structures, and plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the status of work on diagrams in miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to visualize our thgouhts, make them clear for everyone. A single space for the whole project thanks to it's possibility to scale the space. It's much faster than jira to understand current status of our work when looking on diagrams on miro (as a engineers) and adding notes to them. also you can have roadmap, as a bigger picture, and more detailed plans in the same space.
Best app i have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro almost every day.
Team collaboration and 2D extra large workspace are very useful, make people more creative and easy to remember thanks to 2D workspace.
Implementing references is superfast just copy and paste video links, images and gifs.
We use Miro for mind maps, documentation and mood boards.
By the way, you can integrate the boards you create into Notion, so you will not be tied to just one application.
A must-have app for project management.

There might be a dark theme in miro but it's not a big deal at the end of the day.

We collaborate on project management and roadmapping
Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
Concept of frames, easier access, fast and shareable
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as of now, but having more colour preferences might be a good thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to collaborate with people across the world, make technical diagrams and workflows
best workflows creating tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to map out processes, implemented to my operations seamlessly, I use it all the time to create worflows for the projects I make, personally and professionally
What do you dislike about the product?
No need for customer support, I've been able to use it without a problem, easily integrated to my operations and my team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating visual workflows for my clients for the projects I'm making for them. That way they can visually see the mapping out process of the projects/changes we make, progress, each step, tasks, etc.
Excellent Tool for Project Management!
What do you like best about the product?
The shear number of template options, make it easy to find what you need in tracking projects and even setting up frameworks for execution. Like anything else there are more features than I would ever use, but for my purposes the platform gives me everything I need. As time goes on I'm using it more and more every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Dark Mode. I use Dark Mode for any and all platforms that have it and it is much easier on the eyes, espeically since I'm on the computer all day long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to have one place to look at everything on my plate at the same time and adjust priorities when needed. Additonally when I have a specific project to manage, it is easy to map out.
