Miro is now an essential part of my work
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the program. Even for beginers is easy to navigate & also search through the mulitple ready made templates
What do you dislike about the product?
To use effectively, the program must be used on a P.C.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within my role of continuous improvement, Mrio assists in mapping out processes, whilist also connecting it to other maps
Great platform to organize ideas in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because of its wide range of features and templates, perfect for teams that need a robust and versatile visual collaboration platform as it makes project creation easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, there is nothing that I dislike, my experience with Miro has been exceptionally positive thanks to the possibility of simultaneous collaborative editing and the large capacity of space that it offers, it perfectly adapted to the needs of the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we use Miro, its didactic environment helps us in the creation of flows, organization charts and mind maps. In addition, it has allowed my teammates and I to carry out a simple and more streamlined management of our projects.
Collaborative boards to share ideas with your work groups.
What do you like best about the product?
In Miro, you can develop very attractive group ideas, I have to highlight the board where it offers multiple options for the development of mind maps, flowcharts, line creator, idea structures and many other collaborative tools that can be worked together with other teams in the company. Retrospectives and the process of creating maps can be recorded and shared with other colleagues, it is only necessary to have an active microphone and an integrated camera in the device we are using, very useful for meetings or presentations over long distances. In Miro, we can also manage boards for work teams with many customization options, multiple templates. The program is visually beautiful, very colorful, well-defined and specific about the tools involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro offers several versions for mobile devices, but I am not comfortable with the Android version is poorly understood and needs to be adjusted, I prefer the macOS or iOS app. The import of contacts for invitation from Slack needs to be improved. The integration with Adobe for design needs to be polished and worked on, and the optimization with Zylo for administration is not the best. Miro offers academies and seminars, but the explanations are not very intuitive, it seems that they are only interested in selling the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software provides many utilities in the area of research and design, it is possible to collaborate with the work team using the software tools, it is possible to work statistics with concept maps and visualize the information you want to work with the group from the mind maps provided by the platform, it is very collaborative in fact we can guide in the process of using other teammates who are starting in the program, which gives the possibility to work together on design projects and web development. Currently, Miro also works for us a knowledge solution using the workshops and meetings provided by the software.
MIRO is great for workshopping
What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk mode best because it allows me to rapidly type up notes when conducting interviews
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like about MIRO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do our roadmapping and retros on MIRO which is great because of the emojis and it's great UX. I also like to use MIRO for ideation when we get a new design challenge.
Great collaborative software that is easy to use for everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
Great for running workshops and training sessions. I love it that not everyone needs to have a paid account to join in to participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when there are too many post-its, the software tends to lag. This makes it hard to continously use the same board over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy to learn software so it makes it easy for us to use it for 1st timers. It takes a short activity to explain to new users how to use post-its, change its colour or even pan around the board.
Useful visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
the collaboration o[portunity it provides and numerous pretty templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
navigation zooming in and out it a bit chaotic and takes time to get used to it

common channel to collaborate on design and format ready to copy/paste. share, present: very practical and useful!
Visually pleasing, available plug ins are great!
What do you like best about the product?
for presenting or visually looking at a process flow. Multiple people can edit it live, is a great platform for brainstorming sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not easy to navigate, without watching the videos and googling how to do something. I don't feel like anyone could pick this platform up easily unless you work in the tech industry. I really don't like that you can't copy and paste an image to the board. You have to save each one and upload to the board. Takes too much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a live brainstorming board is great, the plug-ins to Jira and task allocation are handy.
Nimble Tool, needs easier printing
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple users all editing the board as they see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to get a print out. Visio can do page setup and faster printing. Too few pages available with free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-user platform agnostic web-based white board that people seem more open to than Visio (which I prefer).
A sophisticated electronic dry erase board
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a lot of visual tools that help your team think out loud. You can visually brainstorm and capture ideas, vote on those ideas, and collaborate with pictures, emojis and other icons. If you have problems with going over time, you can set timers along the way to allow a concise discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are a lot of people on one board, it can be difficult to find where you are, and it might be slow to load. The good outweighs the bad!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the diagramming tools to capture workflows and ideal steps to re-create any issues or problems. The visualization of these steps is better than what you'd see on a typical spreadsheet or list.

The ability to have so much on just one miro board is awesome

I struggle to take others off after having shared a frame with them
