I like the new name, would love some new features.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Fun. It's my go-to whiteboard app.
Didn't disappoint me much. It's super user-friendly.
The interface kind of give you infinite space, which is great.

AwwApp (now Mira) is a bit buggy and is missing a lot of features to make it an all-around collaboration app.

Can't tell you how much this has improved my life for working remotely and collaboratively!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's super collaborative, intuitive, and open-ended in allowing you to work, create, brainstorm, and build. Easy to share
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to either "layer" better or to have the pan button as a shortcut. I inevitably move placed things around by accident when I am just trying to get to another part of the page. I think the tips and tricks are a little repetitive on the page, distracting from the interface. I wish there was a way we could dupe out a board for a separate workspace so that external collaborators or freelancers could join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How can we all work, design, and share in one location without saving on top of someone else's file? Being able to share things instantly, or make live updates in one living document than having 10 files shared back and forth. Constantly having to save in multiple locations so that people can have access to it. This is super easy to keep at everyone's fingertips, and if we share a picture - someone can directly drop it into the board without having to say "Are you done editing this file? Can I go in now? Please don't save overtop my file = I've lost all my work because someone saved over it."
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone working remotely, I highly highly recommend this platform over other programs offering a similar service. It is unparalleled in its ease of use, easy to customize and configure, and endless possibilities of building workspaces. The interface, platform design, and UI/UX make it a great resource for designers, creatives, and artists alike.

I wish some premium feature like a timer or video call within miro would be available for nonpremium user

If you are looking for a tool for remote team collaboration that is easy to use for anyone, this is the tool. It is an essential tool for my design project.
Miro is great!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and the design is gorgeous! With my team, we used Miro to create a nodal map that allowed us to plot cities and potential partners. It worked great for this function and I would reccomend it for that sort of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you unpause Miro all of your rearranging and organization is gone. Moreover, I don't like that is not easy to show reorganization to other people using the same Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Miro solves is the ability to plot points in a space and to allow for networks to be graphed spacially! The benefits is that it is sleek and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for business, we use it for meetings where we discuss different points of view, and we face new challenges of our team. Also, we share it with our CEO, and he saw the team's feelings and how we are working with the customers. In my opinion i dont dislike anything. It is a very useful tool for the team managing, and to achieve new goals in the diffetent project where we are currently working with. I am currently user, and i use it frequenly, like 2 times per week with my team that it is composed by different technicals and functionals analyts working with project related to business intelligence in argentina.

What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use, aesthetic, playful. it doesn't look complicated or too tecnical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if the miro board is full of sketches and graphic objects, it might take time to show everything immediately on the board.
Also, the access to the link can't be controled with a specific date / hour of access (like a zoom session for example).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
co creation with clients, ability to share ideas and concepts while being a group of 10 to 30 people. ability to fix ideas on a sheet and to collect and keep easily ideas from a brainstorming session (which is harder when done during a physic session). Thanks to Miro, I managed to keep working and selling creativity and design workshops to my clients during covid-19 crisis.
Great project management app
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the app is available for free for small teams. I like the comprehensive functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface and application control are not always straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building in MIRO the architecture of the applications that I am developing. This is incredibly convenient because I can show it to the customer. And if you want it, you can quickly and easily fix the structure of the application.

Miro review from a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to select a number of blocks, unite them and move along the board. I also do like the fact that arrows move automatically together with blocks. This makes my life of a CRM with tons of workflows and million channels of communication much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets a bit slow. I also never use it from mobile, as my workflows are quite heavy. The desktop version is brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a CJM in Miro that all employees have access to. This helps us to ensure transparency among departments. We keep in Miro conversion, upsale, engagement, and other workflows with over 10 channels of communication for each. I do not see my life without Miro. I have tried different services at certain points, but you are the best.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexible ways to brainstorm and create plans for different projects together with my team are the best, and you can do so many valuable things with Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the board view on the start screen isn't so usability friendly, and it would be great to choose a snippet of the whole board as kind of a "preview."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro, for example, for all the planning around our B2B business development. There I have one board for everything, e.g., process planning, time planning, brainstorming, mind maps, etc. - it is perfect for getting everything I have in mind on "paper".
One of the best colaboration tools
What do you like best about the product?
In times of Corona, I searched for a good colaboration tool to work together on a "whiteboard". Miro is even more. I'm now using it for almost everything. The endless space, and the easy to use interface combined with a lot of plugins and interfaces to standard software makes it even more powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model is a bit weird and hard to understand.

Working together on a big whiteboard with many people in realtime and the easy way to share information and work in colaboration with others.
