Effortless Navigation and Responsiveness Make Miro Stand Out

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I previously used Whimsical, but there were certain UX and UI elements that I really disliked. Miro addressed those issues perfectly for me. What stood out most were the shortcuts, navigation, and overall platform responsiveness, which I found much better than other software I had tried. Overall, Miro was very easy to use. I never needed to contact customer support or watch any tutorials to figure things out. From the moment I signed up, I was able to use it exactly as I intended. I now use it regularly for tasks ranging from brainstorming workflows visually to building visuals client in a way that makes data comprehensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the AI feature still has room for improvement. Whenever I have used it, I often found that handling tasks manually produced better results. However, I do expect this aspect to get better with time, so it isn't a deal-breaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses several key challenges I face in my work. As someone involved in Operations and Strategy, a significant part of my role is to understand and optimize various processes and plans. Miro simplifies this by allowing me to easily create both mind maps and process charts. Additionally, I often find Word and PowerPoint frustrating when it comes to making smart art diagrams. In these situations, I turn to Miro, which streamlines the process and makes it much more manageable.

Revolutionized Our Remote Collaboration

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a collaborative workplace for brainstorming, planning, and visual thinking, which is especially useful for remote workers like me. The platform solves several key problems, mainly around collaboration, clarity, and alignment. I liked how Miro makes collaboration feel natural and visual, even when people aren't in the same room. The biggest strength for me is the shared canvas. It really enhances my collaborative experience by creating immediate transparency, encouraging active participation, and supporting non-linear thinking. Getting started didn't require much configuration. I can sign up, open a board, and start adding content almost immediately. What helped most was the available ready-to-use templates. Miro fits well into my workflow as I use it alongside other tools like Jira and Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge is board sprawl and performance for accumulated content over time, especially during live sessions. Another area is navigation and orientation. I've also noticed that advanced features can feel overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming, planning, and visual thinking, solving collaboration, clarity, and alignment issues. The shared canvas creates immediate transparency, encourages active participation, and supports non-linear thinking, making collaboration feel natural even remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it is a great tool with a very low learning curve - a UX professional's dream UI. I enjoy tools that let me just drop and manipulate objects on the fly. I also like all the little added features that I keep discovering every day - there's always something new I find I can use in my work.
