What do you like best about the product?
Everybody could use it at the same time. You can follow de cursor of all members. Also, the new functionality of votes helps a lot to discussions and list next steps for the next meeting. Another good feature of Miro is that is integrated with google where you can search a lot of images and put them in the whiteboard to make meetings more dinamycs and frendly for members of the team. The last one is that the posibility of creating frames in the same whiteboard is amazing, because let you know what you say or write de last meeting very fast, making easear to not be reppetadly all the meetings or retrospective you have with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, I think, is a complete tool. All the team members need only one use of Miro to adapt and know how to use it. Miro makes it very easy for new members to get in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retrospective in team projects, it is a friendly end-user. I need to see how my team feels during a project, and Miro is very useful for this. All the team at the same time could complete notes and put them into a chart where they express if they are happy, could improve, need to stop doing, or what they need to start doing. All this to improve de performance of the team during a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Let's try it! it is advantageous

What do you like best about the product?
Simple login, easy to use of people with no experience.
Great features lite "follow a user", rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Big dislike in paid plan in team. Very tricky to pay and get that extra functions to certain team. The payed plan should be per user (login mail) and not belonging in team. Hard to add 1 new teammember. That have make me not to continue my pay plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote workshops and digital way to have agile and design team meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create a free account and try, very good collaboration tool. Use teams or zoom and miro - That´s a great setup for remote workshops and digital workmeetings.

I'm a product manager and I use it frequently for collaborative sessions with users and stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
I find the tool very flexible (I can do almost everything I try), also the amount of features makes it fit with many different activities. I even use it as my primary diagramming tool (for myself and for sharing).
I like the sharing system (it is quite easy to share with the whole team, inidividuals or keep it private).
I also like the fact that I can connect the boards with Confluence pages, which in my opinion makes a great combo.
I think technically is a great tool. Many times I have found myself wondering if there is a way of doing X, and then finding my way easily through the tool.
I think it is quite intuitive.
I like the amount of pre-made frameworks to choose from (although I have to admit I only use a limited amount of them and most of the times I start with an empty canvas).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in collaborative sessions, sticky notes are visible at all times (even when being filled). It would be nice to allow participants to fill them on their own.
I like the "new" voting system, but sometimes I would like to allow voting on a given set of objects only, like for example, voting on all the sticky notes in a given column table.
In collaborative sessions I have to ask participants to put their initials as part of their sticky notes. It would be nice to easily see who has created each element in the board. A possibility may be to set up a board and then allow the "collaborative session", so only (for example) sticky notes are allowed and each of the objects record who created it, etc.
I don't particularly like the "Activity" viewer. Many times it tells me someone has updated the board but I can't see any change being made (and the change is not clear to me from the "Activity" panel).
I have used the Android app and I found it a bit difficult to use (I understand it is quite challenging to get it really useful and I'd use it on a desktop computer most of the time anyway).
I have found myself trying to add rich text to sticky notes but I couldn't
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Manager I need to create roadmaps and diagrams to seek alignment and communicate priorities. I find it quite easy to create such documents using Miro and I find myself focusing on the content rather than having to fight the tool.
I use it almost daily for different types of documents, from collaborative sessions with users and stakeholders, to roadmaps or mind maps. I even use it as my primary diagraming and brainstorming tool.
I find it very useful to import boards in Confluence pages (the integration works quite well).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a feature-rich tool that will most likely satisfy all your needs for diagramming, brainstorming and collaborative whiteboard sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
Lo mejor son la cantidad de opciones que brinda, la mejora continua de la plataforma y lo intuitivo de la interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
En tableros muy cargados y con muchos paticipantes trabajado en simultaneo, baja considerablemente la performance, volviendose bastante lento.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He podido realizar muchas y muy diversas dinámicas en equipo con igual o mejor resultado que cuando las realizaba presencialmente. Ademas Miroverse me ha servido mucho como fuente de inspiracion y material para mis dinamicas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilizar Miró para dinamicas colaborativas simplificara significativamente todas estas actividades, gracias a la gran cantidad de opciones que brinda y la facilidad de adopcion de la herramienta!!

Amazing in every sense

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, I can create nice diagrams and visually explain my ideas. I love wireframing, it's easy to express my ideas. Also, I used Miro for workshops, It's easy to see what people are doing and adding during the sessions. Collaborating is awesome, seeing the changes highlighted is great. Love the clock feature. I work a lot with user feedback from research sessions with users, putting all of this in post-its and being able to copy and paste and create different workspaces is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the line/connector only works for connecting two shapes, but when trying to create just a line is not that easy. Sometimes is not as fast as I would like when I have workspaces with a lot of elements. I didn't like that one Miro user from my Org sent the invite to another person that shouldn't have access, and this person was able to invite them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagrams and user flows, at all levels. How to handle information and the journey of the users in our products. Share product definitions with stakeholders. Having workshops with different teams and stakeholders. I like wireframing, and doing it from scratch in other tools is tedious, so it helps a lot to me to share my ideas with UI Designers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I already recommend Miro to a lot of people. It's amazing, easy to use. It's awesome to be able to do great stuff and documentation, and also doing it beatufil and clean. With Miro, there is no reason of creating something ugly.

Intuitive tool that fits multiple working styles

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible format, can be adapted for presentations and recording in person whiteboarding sessions. A fabulous planning tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Used to be a bit easier to share boards with non-members to comment, seems to have closed this option. We are using it a lot all across the business though and seats are cost-effective for the value brought so happy to expand use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategic planning, journey mapping. Using in conjunction with teams for remote planning sessions too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great planning tool, our use had grown slowly over time (started with 3 seats) so for us it wouldn't be worth starting with the enterprise license unless there was a big project in mind. Growth has kept up with need so all our seats are pretty well utilised.

Miro, perfect for workshops and working with big groups

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to put post its and notes. The frames tool is handy and all the canvas available makes the work easier. I also like it is easy to share boards with anyone, i just share the link and give them the permission and they can access to work.

I like to use the cronometer, it makes easier the work when you are with a big group that normally take longer than usual to complete activities.

I also like all the space available on boards, i can use the same board for a lot of sessions and i will never be short of space.

For me, it is really helpful the navigation tool, i can see the little map at the bottom and find the perfect where i want to work
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to put arrows and lines to connect ideas sometimes is problematic. Arrows and lines take a shape that sometimes are not the appropiate for conecting ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am service design student and its great for working with big groups. It makes easier the way to work with canvas and share with everyone who is working on the board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every user should check all the available tools. I think some users do not get the hold experience because they don't match what they can do or don't find the way to communicate an idea just because they expect the software does everything

- I like that I can easily import data from excel into Miro
- Since I am a visual thinker, it is an amazing tool for mapping my process and thoughts
- The bring everyone to me feature makes it so easy to align and engage people with what I am talking about
What do you dislike about the product?
- Limited number of post-it and tag colors
- It is difficult to keep a Miro board organized
- It is difficult to put data back into Excel, there's only one-way integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- I also do a lot of project planning in Miro, it has many existing templates that I use

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the templates that they have, it helps me think of new ways to collaborate as a team. I am most recently also using the presentation "slides" template and is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many improvement feedbacks on Miro. I think it is really fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly for mind mapping and collaboration purposes...when I need to gather insights and ideas in a non-structured way from my team, it is the best tool for the job
