User-friendly interface: Miro offers an intuitive and visually appealing interface that requires minimal onboarding. Extensive template library provided.

Sometimes, new releases introduce unjustified changes to the GUI. For example, the Pen icon unexpectedly disappeared from the toolbar, even though the drawing functionality remained accessible via shortcuts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to dump all info, thoughts, links, etc in one place and share it with team members. Using Frames, this info can be very easily structured and re-structured. The visual representation of grouped data, interconnections, workflows etc. is supporting my way of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is really missing, are good options to export data from Miro to eg. office software.
At the beginning I also missed some scale reference to eg. DIN A3 pages size --> related to font size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting together data from different sources/users in one visually appealing place

The best collaboration, white-boarding tool I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Miro as a product manager for a while now, and it has genuinely revolutionised how I plan, strategise, and collaborate.

Compared to other competitors, I find it is much more collaborative and intuitive to use. From mapping out user journeys to prioritising feature roadmaps, Miro offers a clean, visual approach. It’s easy to drag and drop notes, diagrams, and images onto the canvas, and I love how quickly I can share real-time updates with my stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Diagrams and workflows can get quite complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a visual, interactive workspace where everyone can brainstorm and plan together. It helps keep ideas centralised with a single source of truth. The virtual whiteboard streamlines workflows, so everyone can contribute and stay aligned. Ultimately, it boosts clarity and efficiency in my product management processes.

The only thing that is still limited is my screen size

What do you like best about the product?
So many things:
- enables remote collaboration in a super user-friendly and familiar way from offline workshops
- unlimited collaboration space
- features like breakouts, bring everone to me, presentation mode, etc. just make life as a facilitator very easy.
- Being able to blur the lines between offline and online with post-it recognition - it seemlessly integrates into existing processes and workflows
- it feels natural using miro for anyone and we implemented it as the standard tool in our company in no time.
- It quite literally made work possible as an innovation consultant during Covid
- We now use it for brainstorming, strategizing, mood boarding, workflow sketching, org design, and really often anything that requires remote collaboration and creative problem solving
- and if you ever face an issue, customer service is right there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only two things come to mind. And one of them isn't Miro's fault:
1. The most disliked thing is the music choice that is available for when you set the timer. It's all not very good :D

2. the other thing is that if really creative people work in miro, sometimes the feature of "unlimited workspace" becomes somewhat of an issue, because these boards are then usually not at all understandable for other people. But again, that's much more a how to use it right topic than anything else and doesn't have anything to do with the ease of integration into existing work flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anything really from defining strategies, outlining execution, brainstorming, org design - or literally any other form of cross-functional hybrid (remote) collaboration
