The best workspace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is being able to collaborate with all my colleagues on the same project. The graphical interface makes everything very simple and visually understandable. Additionally, there are so many templates to choose from to kickstart your project. Each of these also provides suggestions on how to develop the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no aspects of Miro that I dislike. The platform works well in all its parts and is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, I was able to easily foster collaboration within the work team. We redistributed tasks across the company among all staff, with everyone working together to find the best solutions to this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like collaborating with my team and other teams, it's beneficial in our routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only access three boards in my free plan, and I don't like it when the file gets too heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Miro help me with the templates because it's very fast to use it there.
Most helpful tool within our organization to structure our thoughts and work out ideas
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of different templates. Most of the time I have a rough idea how I want to capture my idea but with the existing templates I can almost always find something that helps me kickstart it.
The tool is also really easy to understand and grasp for all different type of people. Even non tech persons are easily able to use it in their day to day work.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to be improved is that there is no possibility to define the font and size of the text within notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is giving is a tool that is easily to use by all users in the organization and can help us in define requirements and work out the customer journeys to implement new processes within our internal systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration capabilities - sharing boards with teams and managing processes and workshop sessions directly within boards (things like timers, voting, following the viewer etc.). Other collaborators also are generally familiar with Miro's capabilities, so it can be good for usage also outside the organisation as well as within.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to create stylised boards from scratch that align to external branding. It can take a lot of effort to get a board to a place of looking not like a Miro board, and something you'd be happy to share externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of different teams or collaborators looking at separate lists/flows and rather allows an easy visual single map to be created that multiple users can all look at in a shared way. It also helps to make it easy to visualise ideas that otherwise may be only written, and it helps to invite multiple collaborators into a topic or document easily.

It's easy to use. I like I can draw diagram easily. I also used Miro to use flow

Pointer that others is working at the same time. It's distracting.

It is the bes way we have to collaborate between different speciality (designer, product manager and developpers)

Being used to figma and how frames work there, I often get confused in Miro because Frames (sections i believe) do not work the axact same way

Miro is a digital board that helps me coloborate with my colleagues and clients. Being easy to use for begginers, It allows me to work with client that are not tech savy and still make them participate in digital workshop.
It's incredibly helpful to work on team collaboration task and manage project status

I like post-it function, which is easy to brainstorm ideas respectively.

I want more sophisticated AI, sometimes it's not clear.

I use Miro to sketch ideas to help guide product thinking, and also some times use Miro to make simple changes on high fidelity designs.
